Very nice hotel, comfort of the rooms, very pleasant hostesses, answer all our questions about the course of the stay, I absolutely recommend.

My friends for my bachelorette party (bachelorette party) had concocted a wonderful day even 2 to tell the truth.
Everything was perfect.
They blindfolded me and once the mask was removed I was able to discover my beautiful room in a suite with balloons from everywhere it was just magical.
I didn't know Aix-les-bains or Le Golden tulip. It was a great experience!
The hotel is very beautiful and the spa a wonder, we were 7 and we were very good in the spa all together, we really had a pleasant unforgettable time and forever engraved in my memory.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city. We enjoyed the very good welcome, the nice spacious room comfortable and very clean, as well as the room service meals and treatments at the Spa.
We were able to rest, relax and enjoy the setting. Everything is arranged for a perfect stay. I recommend.

Super séjour passé au golden Tulipe. Nous y sommes allés pour le spa. Et avons pris la chambre supérieur. Super vue sur le jardin japonais. Service correspondant à un 4 étoiles. Petites attentions et prise en compte de l'alergie de mon épouse (coeliaque) au repas (5 ème sens — restaurant de l'hôtel) et petit déjeuner. Seul bémol le prix du parking. Chambre propre et spacieuses Superbe spa.

From the welcome to the various services everything is perfect real professional.

The main interest of this property is the Beau Spa, indoor pool, Hammam sauna, of impeccable cleanliness. The rooms are also clean and functional, very pleasantly renovated and maintained.

The breakfast is more up to a 3 star and not 4, the buffet is poorly organized and of poor quality. The dining room is also not pleasant, it is welcomed as in a noisy canteen, the tables are too close to one another. What must be a pleasant time for a relaxing weekend turns out to be the big black spot of the stay.
The hotel parking is tiny, the parking spaces are not guaranteed, there are still public parking paid around.

Pleasant stay in a calm and welcoming environment.

Too bad the room is (already) slightly damaged: blows in the paintings at the doors and chambranles.

Centrally located hotel a walk from the pedestrian area. Rooms spacious and clean, great spa connected with the hotel. Breakfast abundant in the norm. Recommended.

The restaurant is very good, the breakfast is very full, for all tastes.
Room spacious, clean and very well arranged.
Little more, the electric car charging stations of the city being HS close to the hotel, the Manager found us a solution within 10 minutes.

Clean, but not at the level of our expectations, and the price. We arrived with a baby 2 months old, and they refused to give us the standard room (which I have booked) because the standard room can accommodate only 2 people. Our baby sleeps in the stroller… Superior rooms were sold out, so guess what? Suites were the only available at the price of 220€ per night. Great, this means almost 200€ more over 3 night stay. On top of that, the SPA does not accept bermuda shorts, and kids are accepted only after 18:00. The restaurant didn't accept us in the terrace as wi did not reserve. The terrace was half empty on a Saturday evening, and they didn't even have some tables reserved for the hotel guests. Again, we were staying in a SUITEof 4 stars hotel and I feel the service we get is on the average of a 3 stars hotel. NOT TO MENTION THAT BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! So, you pay 220€ per night, and then you must add on top of that 18€ per person for the breakfast. Seriously!?!? I'd rather search for another hotel net time I'm in the beautiful Aix les bains.

Beautiful hotel! We went a few days just after our wedding to relax. Beautiful setting, seen on the Japanese garden.
Access to the spa is right on top!
The staff is at the small care, very simple, no fuss.
The restaurant menu is very decent, the food is very good and generous.
Just small hick on breakfasts that are at 18 euros, it's always the same things, for the price it should varied.
The hotel is conveniently located, 200m from the train station. And right next to downtown. At the top everything as was perfect!

Stay in a very nice relaxing couple, Spa at the top, as well as the modeling. Nice room. Very friendly staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quirk of the breakfast price. We were paid €2 more per person because not booked the day before! But the hostess didn't even offer it when we arrived. From never seen… all this for petty €2… Formula Superior Room + Access SPA very nice and massage also.

Spa area-relaxation and incredible fitness area. Luxury Hotel, conveniently located in the center of Aix just 2 steps from the train station and the casino. No view for standard rooms (parking view) but spacious and bright rooms. High quality breakfast buffet. A lot of attention devoted to the small details. I would highly recommend.

Despite the gloomy weather our stay at Golden Tulip was very nice, the reception is perfect, warm, the location of the hotel close to everything, in the heart of the city, close to the train station is very convenient — the room is very well designed, clear, comfortable, very Clean and very quiet. The breakfast is excellent. Our short stay and dedicated to the family did not allow us to enjoy the spa or the fitness room. It'll be next time.! See you soon.

Hôtel directement en face de la Gare SNCF de Aix les bains. Accueil cordial et ambiance très agréable. On se sent vraiment à l'aise une fois dans le hall. Les chambres sont très confortable et agréable avec un standing de tres bon niveau. Pour ce qui est du restaurant, la carte proposent de délicieuses entrées, plats et desserts. Le petit déjeuner proposent beaucoup de choix qui permettent de commencer la journée du bon pieds. Très content de mon séjour en ce lieu.

The hotel is very friendly The room is spacious. (Bathroom and separate WC) The immediate proximity to the center is top to eat a piece. The pool, the hammam… bring a much nicer to the hotel.

Hello, we, my 3 friends and I had a very, very pleasant stay.
Nice rooms, very clean, very satisfying meals and I would like to emphasize the friendliness and welcome we received that deserves an 11 out of 10;)
The care of my girlfriends were overall very nice, with a very professional support.
As for me, I will not hide you that I had to make an allergy to one of your products, for, I who have never had acne or skin problem… finds me, at 55 years old, with pimples on the face, very red eyes and a very atopic skin, red and inflamed.
I went to the doctor's house this morning believing I had a swelling.
It is true that compared to the price of this care (€100), when I look in the mirror, I am rather angry.
So I can't give a good opinion of my care, you will understand it very well.
This does not come at all from the young woman who took care of me, she was adorable, thoughtful, in short, perfect!

We had a very relaxing weekend, the room was perfect. We had dinner at the C restaurant was very good the servers very kind.
The spa very good too.

In Suite 424: stained cushions, dry towels broken down despite a good layout and a very nice view.
Swimming pool accessible from 18h to 20h for children of 12 years old: Very bad… it's too late it was generally a good experience punctuated by a few faults.

I had a very good stay.
I regret that the lunches are not sufficiently copious, especially the quantity of vegetables is very insufficient especially for the main course but also for the appetizers. So in proportion there is too much meat/fish on a meal and really too few vegetables.
The breakfast buffet is very good.
There is not enough to eat at the time of the breaks (I was in seminary).

Beautiful hotel really an address to remember everything is perfect the rooms, the restaurant, the relaxation area 1000 square meter, sauna, hammam, Jacusi, corridor with sensation, swimming Pool A counter current heating to more than thirty degree as well as breakfast which is super hearty. The staff is at the small care. In short go there with your eyes closed.

Very glad to have been here. This hotel it takes care of all the details. The room it's spectacular. The service could spoke more languages, but not all it's perfect. Definetly I recomended.

Nice hotel and spa, comfy rooms, nice breakfast and beautiful decoration. All of the different massages and cabines were very pleasant. Would recommand.

The personnel is welcoming and helpful. All facilities are clean and breakfast is good.

Run away! The pool is tiny. Not enough deckchairs to all the world. Not enough location for you to ask her robes. No water fountain in sufficient quantity. No consistency at the activity level : Sport level 5 Swimming level 1, SPA and yet another floor. There is a gendarme at the entrance to the SPA that will take care of the banned but not for your well being.

Really nice hotel central to most things in Aix-les-Bains and only a relatively short 15 min. Walk to les thermes. Really helpful staff and on-site covered parking.

Superb hotel in Aix-les-bains, a SPA, while beautiful, brand new, included in the room price. The proximity of the train station is also very convenient to not have to walk their luggage for too long. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Weekend at the top! Wellness area is clean, modern and quiet! There's nothing like resourcer between best friends. Standard room spacious, well soundproofed and clean. We have eaten very well both nights in the restaurant, nothing to say. Breakfast perfect! Small flat, free parking place-limited, otherwise parking under ground 8€. In short, we recommend it.

Nice hotel, Spa. To the airport there is a free Shuttle. In the hotel for 1 Euro/day you can buy a ticket on the Geneva public transport. Car Park 8 Euro per day.

We stayed 1 night at the Golden Tulip of Aix the baths for our wedding night.
Superior room nice and comfortable. It's too bad that we did not have right to bathrobes while some were right!
Nice pool and breakfast was good quality.
However big disappointment with the home as part of our honeymoon — I arrived in bride outfit (it doesn't go unnoticed too normally) and we didn't have me right to no word of welcome — I said yet when booking that we were here for our honeymoon. We had just a little word custom in the room with some candy. A little light for a 4 star — in when speaking with the receptionist, offered us parking for the night. Thanks to him.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel is a pure scam, rooms are drinking but the service is non-existent, avoid the vip for the casino entrance because it is an entry that is really scary, you will understand if you stay there.
Low-end, while breakfast is obviously set up to give a bad image of Aix the bath, in any case this goes out to operated on us and we provide more one foot in this low range city.

We had an awful night in being yet upgraded!
I do not dwell on the subject, but clearly the apart ' hotel in the corner are ten times better value for money.
We pay a service where there are no cushions that imposes a physical therapy appointment (there 30 years so no problems to the base), mini bar empty and nothing nearby except a distributor in the hotel next door, produced no showers, mattress drinking, foul smell as if is this happening, and on top of that we wanted a breakfast but in the light of the color and appearance of the juice of fruit and pastries we spent our way, because apart from rates hotel corresponds to the standard of a 4 star.
I can't believe the good reviews, it is IMPOSSIBLE unless people are never out of their lives, the casino meanwhile is a sacred joke of course but a creepy joke!
In short, the Director did not deign to receive us, free to him but the sensation to be made rolled leaves a sacred bitter!
