Great resort although staff not very helpful on arrival. Difficulty with language barrier between staff.

Location is great for ski in ski out. Outside the apartment is the Ecartée piste down to the Bergerie chairlift. We stayed in the 2 person studio apartments in block D. Spacious compared to previous ski apartments we stayed in. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent rooms, staff speaks english and are very kind. Good price.

To believe that the stars were received by Kinder surprise. The residence has nothing of the criteria of a 4 star and more, had to be finished on the fly, many defects and missing on arrival, such as a dishwasher, bulbs that work (it's supposed to be new), a pool supposed to be hot, dirty changing rooms and nothing to hang his things when you change or shower, a fridge that screws up, a shower without curtain to wet the whole room (not having finished the silicone, water seeps under the ground) … And I pass so long the list.
Ah it's clear the price is reasonable, but bring everything necessary because any addition is charged. We attract customers by a small price and charge them lots of things. (6) the three capsules for the missing dishwasher, a mini 50ml bottle of dishwashing product, and a sponge that does not hold the dishwashing product and does not foam. I prefer to pay double for a hotel with real prestige. I will be proud of what I spent, at least I would have nothing to do, with hotel services. Even a BnB air offers more services! The conditions of the apartment are a lie, and if I had the money I would file a complaint for false advertising.
That said, I give a star to the great smiles at the front desk as the team was always friendly and good advice.
A residence that will age very badly given its new condition. And since when is a new four-way home? They are not awarded by professionals?

Great place in ideal location directly on the slopes, only downside was the swimming pool was rather cold.

Large rooms, no toiletries, no detergents for the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for a week. The ski room is cold. No hairdryer.

Helpful staff and a really nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay in December so much we’re returning in March.

Check in extremely slow. Room not ready until 5pm. Accommodation very new. Very comfortable. Have to do your own bedding.

Great fresh residence. From the pluses free Wi-Fi, pool with Jacuzzi, access to the ski slope, clean quality rooms, 24 hour reception. The main minus-one main elevator, long to wait, secondary do not bear the main load. And lack of some utensils (caps on pots and pans, no normal knife and a little bit of detail). Overall a great residence.

We rent a 3 Room 2 adults 4 children and opt for this residence for its swimming pool.
The problem is that after a day of skiing a — 15 °c the pool water is just lukewarm which is really unpleasant to relax.
The highlight of our stay is a MR who challenge us because I am with my ski boots in the hallway. I explain to him that our locker is far too small for 6 people (there are gigantic lockers is I weigh my words and other tiny we arrive just to enter the 6 pairs of ski, for the shoes impossible) of the he asks us for our number of Appa Rtement and threatens to amputate my bail, the tone goes up and he tells us, "I'm the Warden, you wanted me to call the police. "
For a residence be said Prestige 4 * The benefits are a bit light and the manager not even 1 *.

Very well placed residence, at the foot of the slopes, quiet … the well-designed apartments, despite the absence of finishes that tarnish the image of this new residence. Well placed building close to the slopes and the staff is very friendly. But several things come to tarnish the stay: poor soundproofing of the rooms, swimming pool cooler than lukewarm, finishing of the rooms yet new, poor lighting … Rather positive opinion nonetheless:)

Nice and clean, but lacks some finesse to be 4*. Ski-lockers to small to put the skibooths No heardryers. Some rooms with Velux windows covered by snow, so dark and no fresh air.

Brand new place, very shiny, still half built. As a self catering apartment it's not bad, a little close in places and as normal wouldn't consider a sofa bed as a bed. The ski lockers don't feel totally secure, if someone wanted to then they could get in. One major issue is one lift that is servicing 5 floors of residence. Pretty close to plagne village spar and ski hire shop, plus a couple of little bars that are pretty good. Great for a fairly quiet ski holiday if you're pretty close to the people you're with!

Brand new hotel and it has a lot of potential. Excellent access to the slopes and the hotel would be lovely if it was finished. The build quality is poor, our shower flooded the bathroom and hallway. Ski/board storage is good and secure with a locker for each room. No storage for boots or place to dry them. Other than that good place to stay.

The opening of the establishment to be hurried … Many finishes are not finished, the furnishing of the apartments is to be revisited: very inconvenient kitchen, apartment already not badly damaged despite that it is new (1st year of operation). Positive Point The proximity of the slopes.
