Very nice residence, the apartments are great but it is the galley to load and unload. Parking is covered but very narrow. No elevator for floors. Also lacking can be a swimming pool…

Spacious and pleasant apartment (for 8), nice view of the mountains.
Daily Animations. Free Telecabins and shuttles between the different stations which allows to leave the car at the private car park of the residence. Belle Plagne is a pleasant resort. The access to the center of the city is on foot in a few minutes, very nice for outings as well on day as at night. Station equipped with diversified shops. Good reception and staff available. However, Wi-Fi is experiencing problems that do not allow access to e-mails, or third-party applications, which is a pity knowing that each apartment has its own broadband Wi-Fi network.

First and most: the Wi-Fi-access stinks! We stayed at the same residens 2 years ago and the internet-access was just as bad then! The only time you have access is in the middle of the night — and even then it's dead SLOW! This is not good enough. Do something about it or delete free Wi-Fi from the website and brochures. Just in front of the entrance to the residens dogs piss in the snow. Why don't the residens employees remove the yellow snow? How hard can it be to keep the entrance piss-free? Have a little pride! The appartments are very compact. In the bathroom you need to wiggle yourself around to get into the shower. Several lightbulps don't work. Dishwasher is in need of salt and rinse aid. The residens don't supply bread in the morning even though it says so on the webside and in the brochures. Standards are lowering — the residens strongly needs a maintenance. The residens location is very good — probably the only thing to recommend about the place.
