The host, waitress and sommelier at the top, excellent for a romantic dinner, delicious food, the small plus small decoration on the dessert for the anniversary of 10 years of encounter with my wife. Also very nice the greetings of the head in the end of the meal. A remake.

Fantastic table, with a team of top-level, professional, attentive and smiling. All under the guidance of the Chief, Philippe Girardin, MOF 1996, cooking, delicate, inventive without extravagance, combined with a sense of hospitality and sharing. Great and unforgettable time!

Everything was perfect when hosting Club Excalibur Europe, the food is a treat, the hospitality a delight and the estate is enchanted. It was pointed out that all the participants were able to find a rare virtue "humanity and all its little attentions that make a wonderful stay". Another big thank you to Philippe, Laurence and his entire team.

Beautiful wooded estate and absolute calm just minutes from the centre of Vienna. Good bedding, nice room with small private terrace and beautiful bathroom. I recommend it!

This Afternoon we have lunch: c'is an idyllic setting in a beautiful Park in Chonas L'Amballan with a near vines that will love Brigitte Tilleray, Louis-Michel Gohel, Chantal Puig, Dr. Charlie Curtis also my niece Sophie Fjelddahl… Condrieu, Cote Rotie. Very beautiful rooms, a warm welcome and good advice. D'start with the appetizers that I'have not taken photos are just d'creativity in terms of taste and presentation stunning. J'av… ais is express d'l'water to capture the different flavors of the appetizers
The foie Gras, The trout, The duckling, The St Pierre… that followed were a delight with a good tip for the selected wines by the glass. The desserts are creative with seasonal ingredients, tasty and like the rest of the menu, a pleasure for the Eyes. So you will understand that I would highly recommend them. Beautiful team, A Great Chef, a Chef D'Orchestra and in the end the discovery of'Double-Pianist… The Piano in the kitchen, and then the'other. A big Congratulations Philippe and c'is safe we will come back. It n'is therefore not surprising that the World s'stop there and comes back there, and that the different solicitations take him into the World. A small nod to the Pianist in the Field of Clairefontaine.

The hotel is located in a separate building, in a quiet and shady environment with three bedroom levels, the top floor being reserved for a meeting room, all served by an excellent elevator.
The rooms are large and quiet, admittedly a little rustic chic, but clean, well designed. The environment is very pleasant, green with quiet tables.

Table and services impeccable. Only the rooms of the main house are not at the height of the place.

Idyllic setting in a large wooded park in the middle of which is a beautiful old building, the reception and the restaurant of the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms spacious and comfortable.
The place is ideal for a quiet stay close to the excellent wines of the Côtes du Rhône.

A gift from our children, a very nice gift, the gourmet meal a treat, the wonderful wines, the perfect service… the room very comfortable with the excellent champagne, very hearty breakfast the setting is beautiful, very quiet the only small downside (to My opinion) misses a spa with gym I really recommend this establishment which has well deserved its stars.

Quiet and delicacies a few steps from the vineyards in quiet, in a beautiful park, ideally placed a few minutes from the superb vineyards of Côte Rotie and Condrieu, a hùotel and a table that are really worth the detour.

Wonderful stay, very good reception, fantastic cuisine and quiet accommodations. A small time lag of the breakfast would be appreciated in addition to the "Late risers".

The reception is warm, once installed in the room where are erected 6 tables The atmosphere is felt, it feels good!
Some delicious appetizer, then arrives the entrance, a homemade fatty liver, worked with truffle, a delight!
A nice job also on lobster, the common point of the dishes is the balance, everything is very fair and well measured in this kitchen.
We feel that there is effort and a lot of work!

Nice hotel with a charming scenery. The staff is very friendly, rooms in the new build part are of generous size. We did not experience the Michelin starred restaurant but their bistrot 5 min away was certainly an experience.

Lovely hotel with a superb though somewhat pricey restaurant.

Enjoyed our stay. The Michelin star restaurant was closed that evening but we ate at their Bistro style restaurant at their other hostelry nearby on the terras which was a lovely spot. We stayed in the new part but still looks refined and aged with all modcons including the AC which was welcome as it has been very hot. Loved the large bath but which filled quickly and bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was good with best my main course of veal which was so tender, lean with… a superb jus. A couple of points to improve on was service at dinner — lot of trainees so took time to get seated and served but once done it was fine. Back at the main hotel, Chateau, we wanted a nightcap about 22:00 but receptionist was on her own as everyone else had gone and she had no key for the "winery"! Seemed strange and thus spoilt the end of what had been a lovely day enjoying the grounds and the scenery close by. Hopefully, next time we can try Chef Phillip's undoubted wonderful food and a nightcap!

Starry Restaurant of the highest level with hotel annex.

A quiet, friendly, helpful and professional family affair. My group of seven enjoyed the atmosphere and dinning over several days while we took in the wines of region. Highly recommended.

Tested in lunch: Excellent value for money in the plate like on the service, the decoration and the environment.

The atmosphere is refined and peaceful, a pure delight.

The restaurant is visited by many companies. That speaks for the good quality, on the one hand but on the other hand is rather bothersome for travellers. I want to celebrate Yes No wedding or other family celebrations (with), but simply have my rest. Therefore, I can give this place no good rating in particular because they make advertising precisely with this peace of mind.
The Park, which actually should invite you to linger, is mutated into a tent city, so that the many different companies can somehow be accommodated. That is not the standard I expect.
