The bistrot André is a very good address, where we have often been and where we have never been disappointed, to do if it is not already done. Thank you to the whole team!

Exceptional! The welcome at the hotel begins with a refreshment and then we discover the room, welcoming and perfectly prepared. A large and very well equipped bathroom.
And then comes the time to go down for an aperitif and start this "journey" in the world of French Gastronomy, a magical world.
At the restaurant the service is perfect, present without being oppressive, the dishes are linked and we enjoy each dish. By the eyes first, so beautiful is the dressage, then by the taste.
I will forever remember this time spent at PIC house because, unfortunately, I will surely never have the opportunity to return.

This is only my third gourmet restaurant and my first 3 star. Extraordinary, I will never forget this experience. And despite the high price, everything is relative as the setting, service and cuisine are exceptional, I will return.
This is not a cuisine that is described through simple words as our senses are put to use. It is an adventure that you will have to live by yourself for the better, I guarantee you.

Very good cuisine and really very fine and refined. Lots of research into flavors and some amazing presentations.
I'm putting 5 stars because it would have to be difficult not to appreciate the talent of Mrs. PIC and her team. Undoubtedly talent and art are present.
However something makes it not our favorite, but I do not know how to say why.
Perhaps the simplicity of my meat in relation to the general talent of this restaurant. Probably.
Obviously this restaurant is to be made in the area and I will return however with great pleasure!

Don’t understand why it’s a 3 star restaurant, asked for fish but duck came up, didn’t even get to choose the appetiser. Waiters never gave us different cups for wine.

Excellent food quality and variety, including vegetarian options, outstanding wine list, very elegant modern decore, top class trained servers — expectedly expensive. Very nice list of desserts.

Warm welcome. Staff smiling. Gourmet meals with subtle flavors that make travel, each plate resembling a painting. Not a false note.

The aperitif is served in this green setting where we believe alone in the world, out of time. The meal will be in the big room of the restaurant or the decor, very traditional makes the moment very solemn. The meal was a delight of every moment, a total delight, in both tastes and textures and visual. A magical moment, to the height of the reputation of the house. Just perfect!

A warm and natural welcome, a dinner filled with new flavors with a bonus, the presentation of a dish by the chef, available and convivial in a cosy decor inviting to the tasting. The Harmony menu is ideal with this perfect feminine touch the rooms without defect, especially come + + + +

We have (my husband and i) eaten at the Restaurant Andre, and nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, service worthy of a starry, the succulent dishes, delicacies and subtle wines, generous rations both in the glass and on the plate, very nice staff…

Great place, especially "Chez Andre". Excellent price/quality ratio. The food is fantastic and creative. An excellent brasserie with the quality of a ***…

André Bistro: Interesting value for money. It was delicious, the staff is very nice, smiling and helpful. I was recommended, I'm not disappointed and I recommend it.

A prestigious setting and a very tasteful decoration. We go of course for the setting but especially for the kitchen. Used to star restaurants I recommend because you will be amazed by the creativity of their cuisine. Both classic dishes revisited but also new flavors and amazing and creative blends that are a delight.
The price is of course up to the gastronomy on offer but this is an opportunity not to be missed if you are in Valencia.

Magic! Gourmet Restaurant in Valencia. We eat there very well a real treat the welcome is warm the service is fast not too waiting.

A magical, gastronomic, beautiful place. The menus, the dishes were divine! The aperitif was just as enjoyable! We can come to discover this atmosphere and these "works of art" on great occasions or anniversaries… I strongly recommend this place, to all people wanting to discover a multitude of flavors and sensations in the mouth, in a place beautifully decorated tastefully. Moreover, I congratulate the cooks because they manage to transport us through their universe, their passion, their generosity, their desire to make us happy, by making their dishes, works of art to contemplate and to taste with care.

The house Anne Sophie Pic for me is the luxury and opulence Embodied. Certain will be repelled by this culture, but if you read this notice it's probably you want to go there.
Know then that the service is impeccable, the friendly staff, the locals are opulent, personally I avoid thinking about the authentic cow skin at the entrance, but for the rest the whole is very nice… And fortunately given the exorbitant prices!

Arrived at the Pic Bistro a little by accident during a descent in the South. A warm welcome, a beautiful kitchen with fresh seasonal products prepared with the finesse of this great and beautiful house all for a little over 30 euros entered, flat and Dessert. Excellent wines by the Glass. It's a lot to encourage us to come back to. Great Bravo to the service smiling and Efficient. Congratulations to the entire Ms. Pic Team.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly employees. Rooms are nice and spacious with a balcony. A great service during breakfast with lots of choices. If we visit Valence we will absolutely go back to this hotel. Positive: * Service * Friendly * Fast internet * Michelin Star restaurant * Room (Spacious, Facilities, View, Bathroom) * Car park service * Interior. The only negative we could found is the bed size, 1m80 is a bit short when you're 1m90 long.

Maison Pic, Drôme, France Chef Anne-Sophie Pic holds the distinction of being one of six female chefs in the world to run a Michelin three-star kitchen, and her inventive nine-course €320 ($375) Menu Essential proves why. One bite during your meal might encompass Mediterranean rouget in a saffron broth, while the next might feature deer marinated in sake lees. Good for me!

I love the atmosphere there and every single detail in design and decoration of the place. The service, food, and everything were perfect! My first visit in France was memorable. I really can't wait to go back there again. This has been one of my top 3 Michelin Stars must visit restaurants I would recommend.

Very definitely one of the best tables of French, if not THE best… A virtuoso of taste, colors and shapes, Anne Sophie Pic, we discover its cuisine with our 5 senses. For lovers of French cuisine this is a place simply a must. Ps : very good point about the service and the reception.

We had lunch at the new brewery André to celebrate a birthday. Great time: very nice, including smiles, attentive service and a sommelier of very good advice and good taste surprises.
The icing on the cake… we don't expecting to meet Anne-Sophie PIC itself. She took the time to come to our table. A very warm, humble and talented person.

The dishes are fresh, taste & are served in good quantity.
I recommend "The soup of fish Rock" way bouillabaisse, as well as "The Charlotte of bream gray" the Eggplant and tomatoes.

Sufficient, vain, overblown… the new kitchen of Anne — Sophie PIC!
'By the international"she has forgotten flavours French!
Yesterday, we were four to spend at home to Valencia, a detestable time.
My friends did not like, I detested!
Apart from the framework to the design of good taste, everything was to flee.
The passage at the table was, in fact, a time painful. A wait totally disappointed; a betrayed hope!
Humor was not enough more when we were presented a very lonely oyster (without its shell: well yes! ) waiting on its plate that it ate her: a torture!
And sauces, pungent, even stodgy acids!
We passed the stage of disappointment than anger: irritating to wait some dishes that could satisfy our taste buds! … But nothing, nothing came!
The verbiage incomprehensible, learned by heart the young servers arranged nothing to the case.
The sommelier, meanwhile, displayed awaiting retirement, was shocking in its choices: red wine to accompany a fish… Grandiose!
They waited… they waited until dessert: mine was totally tasteless… yet a mixture announced salty, sweet but without real taste and that ends to extend this meal calamitous, unspeakable, unworthy, in any case, a starry table.
What misery!

Frankly degolace of nullity.
