Always a pleasure to go down in this hotel : good hospitality and comfortable rooms with an efficient design. The most … : the room, breakfast overlooking a beautiful terrace and the buffet is excellent. We go down regularly.

Really comfortable hotel room with lots of space and facilities. En suite bathroom had plenty of space! Only stayed for breakfast but there was a massive selection of cereals and pastries.

Hotel deals France in Valence was lovely. The rooms were nice, the Wi-Fi was very good and they even gave us a coffee machine. The shower was good, however for all you bath lovers, there was not one. They even adjusted when we had got the booking wrong, going from one queen bed, to one bed and a sofa bed. Overall, a very good stay.

Very welcome. Professionals listening. Careful details. Perfect breakfast buffet with fresh quality produce. Setting the terrace relaxing and very well for a relaxing moment.

Hello to you, I'll tell you about the experience I had with this hotel!
On June 14th I decided to change my habit because I am a regular of mercury valence.
My stay is going well but my departure much less pleasant because 3 days later I notice a debit on my company blue card of 7 euro in addition to my night at 112, 50 euros. I allow myself this day to contact them for an explanation.
The answer was very clear, I failed to inform when I left that I will have consumed a box of cake at 7 euro! And no I consumed nothing but a cereal bar at 3 euro that I paid!
In short I find this way of doing things unacceptable! I'm traveling from Monday to Friday is never I experienced this situation! In short nothing like a good mercury where there is no history like that.

— Stunning decoration and amazing place to stay: there are not enough stars to rate it. — Hotel and rooms are very clean — The hotel is located downtown (and on one of the most beautiful avenues of the old Valence) and the location is at a walking distance from the best restaurants, the train station and the shopping places — Very beautiful and quiet back patio where you can enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine at night — Always been greatly welcomed by kindness and smiles before anything else — Very professional and helpful staff constantly listening to any kind of needs and always managing them in an appropriate timing. — Breakfast is absolutely awesome. — I highly recommend that beautiful and unique place to stay.

Too bad they have no kitchen and are supplying in the neighboring restaurants, it limits the choice but otherwise, room OK.

Excellent hotel in Valence city center with incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Nicely equipped rooms — very clean, with very comfortable beds… bright and well stocked breakfast area with eggs made to order… reception staff who are totally committed to total customer satisfaction and comfort. Great coffee at all times… Thank you!

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Eggs give if you ask. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant 2018, but only Tuesday-Saturday is open.

A well managed, clean, well maintained. In the center of the city, with parking. The rooms are modern and there is a variety of rooms. Its my favorite since 1992.

I am delighted with my stay in this hotel very good services, excellent breakfast more I have animated a training, the room is topissime and the accompaniment is impeccable everyone is in the small care I would come back and advise this Stay.

I typically stay at another hotel due to its proximity to my office but when they were totally booked I was put in the the Hotel de France. I ended up being very impressed and happy. The hotel has a secure parking lot and has been recently renovated with very fresh/modern rooms. The staff is very friendly and the location can't be beat. The centre-ville is just outside the front doors with the Plaza containing great restaurants just a short walk away.

Great location, the receptionists are very good advice. The room was very comfortable and benefited from excellent bedding and a well-equipped bathroom (NUXE products as a bonus). Very clean. The hotel is tastefully decorated and offers in the lobby a nice lounge with a piano.
and to finish… Breakfast Not to be missed! Extraordinary! In a free buffet: There are quality products, savoury, sweet or gluten-free.
In short an excellent address to remember.

The hotel is located next to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a tea service and a mini bar. There is a lovely patio and dining area. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is warm and welcoming. Great Wi-Fi.
