Excellent Restaurant. Small dej perfect. However the rooms and even the suites are not has the height. Staff is a little too familiar or too remote, in short, a profession not easy but the sense of contact and measurement qualities are essential.

Very friendly and courteous, the lady at the front Desk. In the room there are little things (tea, coffee) with a kettle and cups. The location is very good, it is recommended to reserve a Parking space for the car soon enough. Happy again.

The staff are very welcoming and smiling, the modern and well equipped room and the breakfast buffet as large as varied.
In the evening, before going to see the illuminations of the Puy de lights, we dined at the restaurant, with a delicious menu accompanied by wines with glass carefully chosen.
Bravo to the whole team!

Saturday, April 21 evening meal: Waited a long time, excellent food but quantity hardly enough would suit a child of 5 years.
Lamb of the velay garnish 1 onion confit and a spoonful of small peas a little light for a menu at 31, 80 euros will not go back.

The three stars are for the restaurant at the top as much by its chef, service and Sommelier. It is true that the restaurant and the hotel are a little older but this does not prevent a flawless cleanliness. The room poorly insulated, bad bedding (especially the pillow. With balneo bathtub. … a little bit small for a luxury room at €110… It would have been better if there was no shower but a large bathtub, no mini bar pity it was missing… The breakfast tasteless a few slices of ham full of fat… And cheese for the salty… Not great view the 16 euros requested… biscotte, bread… baguette or I have a doubt if it is industrial.

This restaurant is a must! The 3-course menu at €20 defies all competition: real quality gastronomy and a high standard service… Pretty amazing to find such a good address with such a pricing policy.
I recommend the pancake with salted butter caramel prepared under the eyes of the customer.

Very nice and attractive price at the center of the Puy en Velay. Excellent location and really quiet quiet room. The Nice room. Free Wi-Fi. However, there are points to review. The reception is not very warm. The quality of the breakfast is average for the price: small frozen pastries, cake good but very dry surely (the night before or before) white yogurt, passable wand, no local products. Missing a curtain or removable wall for the bath. Tray in your room incomplete (no coffee, no sugar but the! ). No minibar as shown on the internet. Hotel in speed loss, to the limit of 2 *, but adequate for a short stay.

Very welcoming, we had a pleasant stay and the staff is very kind. Clean rooms and sleep well in the calm. We will certainly stay here.
