➜ Surprise dime on our arrival on August 4, 2018, we see the empty pool (4 frogs swimming in 5 cm of water). The only answer we had was: "The owners of the dwellings do not want to participate financially in the filling of the pool so it is not filled but if you want there is the pool a little higher at the place says THE LIGHTS OF NEIGES (which is de jà very busy) or you have the municipal pool (which pays of course! ". When we booked the rental, it is well stated "Free pool and not everything will depend if we manage to reach an agreement with the owners!. The least I could have done would have been To contact people to leave them the choice or not of the booking (as in the CAP FUN rentals where following a problem with the pool they had contacted us and refunded us in full!
Regarding housing:
This is the first time I have filled out a report with so many remarks:
The carpet in our stained room
The lino in the corridor and living space more than used
The double curtain torn down on 15 cm
Matelas with haloes on both faces
A light in the room that lights up on its own
Furniture more than dilapidated.
The person at the front desk very nice and listening to people.
Beautiful resort, very pretty scenery.
Beautiful walks to do.
➜ Very disappointed: empty swimming pool and dilapidated buildings. Sauna out of service!
I'm not leaving with Odalys again. The apartment is ok.
The staff are very welcoming despite everything. The resort is very nice.
