Very nice residence, very welcoming staff. A 10-minute walk from the Rosière, accessible swimming pool, spa and gym. A great time!

The Helianthe building enjoys a magnificent view. The apartment is comfortable and very functional. Too bad not to be in direct access with the pool. There is a lack of more direct pedestrian access to the forest road that leads to the city centre.

It was not bad, on the other hand the Wi-Fi: No one, like most and practically all Loc. Ski.

It is always as good at cgh or as we have gone with regard to the apartments: clean practices rather well maintained.
At the Euchert the residence is very large the access to the slopes not obvious but well for the return ski to the feet The service is good as in all this chain the pool is at the right temperature and as everyone is aglutine in the Jacuzzi… There is almost no one to swim which is pretty good for those who want to swim and not for the fans of the bubbles residence well served by the free shuttles the nearest Sherpa is overpriced… Think of shopping in the valley if possible the resort is superb.

St Bernard's cottage apartment residences the beautiful white peaks, very spacious and well arranged for 8 people, all that is missing is the fireplace. Sublime residence and very well located. Just disappointed with the household benefit upon our arrival. The kitchen area and the dishes were really dirty but the front desk reacted perfectly. 2nd stay and absolutely not disappointed. Very nice for families.

A very nice resort but a residence a little disappointing during our stay: no water at certain hours of the day, precautions taken before departure not respected, unwanted faults (lifts on arrival), a delivery of bread has The reception of the residence and so far away from the chalet. An accumulation of annoyances that significantly spoil the stay.

First big disappointment in a CGH residence for 6 years renting. Big negatives being: the inability to use running water in the morning and evening in our apartment, the elevator of the parking that did not work on arrival on Saturday, the reservation of the shuttle with children in the low age not done properly despite Several verbal and written reminders, the delivery of the bread to the apartment (as indicated on the brochure of the residence) not carried out, savings made on the heating of the pool (room and water) which make it unpleasant to use, half of the bulbs From the non-functional apartment to the arrival, the bedding which requires a clean refreshment (especially for the pillows), the housekeeping staff that blocks the elevators for more than 15 min for no apparent reason. It's a long list. We are far from the 4 star residence claimed.

The place is generally nice. Rooms are small — the apartment for 4 people is suitable just for 2. The stuff on reception does not speak english well enough but it is fine. Sauna is nice and very often empty or with a maximum of 2 another persons. The whirlpool is not warm enough. There are missing hangers in the rooms. The internet is unbelievable slow! Beds are comfortable.

Wonderful experience in the heart of the mountain and at the foot of the slopes. We enjoyed the experience of relaxing hammam and sauna, we were a little disappointed with the temperature of the bubble bath and the pool. The staff are very very cordial and friendly. The only black point is the price but that does not fit in our opinion as we took advantage of a discount via an outside partner.

Cleanliness not at the top for a 4 star cons The beds are hyper comfortable a flat for the bottom sheet which is traditional and not a cover.

Except for Wi-Fi all is great, loved the spa.
