Very good hospitality, excellent room with superb view ^_^ very enjoy and will be back.

Stayed in August 2018. At 5 stars there is only the price; 3-star management and services. Upon arrival there is no one to welcome us and the reception is often desolately empty. The old environment; a single, very old sofa represents the common area. The booked junior suite is not ready (at 13.50pm) so we have to wait. It is a spacious room with balcony and beautiful views of the glaciers. The outside temperature is 31 degrees and the interior of the room is stuffy. We're looking for air conditioning but we're told it's not there. Despite the heat in the bed we find the duvet!
In the bathroom, large and equipped with shower and bathtub, there is no soap. A single jar of soap/shampoo already started is all they offer. From the second day a soap appears. Laundry is not changed every day. The cleanliness is not impeccable. Nobody speaks Italian.
Last treat the restaurant: advertised on the hotel's website has been closed for months.
At these prices we are not recommended.

We stayed for three nights, very nice people at the hotel and our garden patio with a view was lovely. Everything was great with the exception that the blanket was much too thick for summer and I was totally surprised that breakfast was not included. The way that is mentioned at checkin and in there hotel information it leads you to believe it is part of the stay, instead it was 22 eruo a person. Overall we had a wonderful time but I wish they had been more upfront with the breakfast.

Great Hotel! We had the junior suite with a small garden and direct view of the Mont Blanc. It is cosy, spacious, ultra clean and very well equipped. Suitable for families as well as for couples. Very quiet place and professional and friendly staff. The breakfast is great too!

A touch of nature and incredible view of Mont Blanc, the room is comfortable, spacious and convenient with all services you can find in hotel. The bathroom has hot jacuzzi good for winter. The host is very nice and friendly. They have the best view in town. It is private and quiet unlike hotel in town. The restaurant is also recommended.

I would rate it with a Michelin star! Fabulous gourmet meal.

Great restaurant with a good set menu offering and a nice walk up the steep hill to work up an appetite on the way.

A delightful Sunday family lunch. The setting is breath-taking, nestled in the Chamonix valley. Service was exquisite, refined yet friendly. And the food, oh the food was divine, a perfect mix between taste and technique. All in all, I had the impression of being right home, but with a chef! Definitely recommend!

One of the best meals I've ever had. I will bring my husband here one day again!

Great view… A birthday managed :)

We had the opportunity to discover this superb restaurant with the operation all at the restaurant bought menu = menu offered.
We had the gourmet menu confidence: 7 delicious dishes.
We have taken as an aperitif wine that served us with the mouth having fun: a sand of grisons meat, parmesan and a fera AIDA.
The menu began with an emulsion of salad from the garden of the Inn. An incredible texture, a taste of salad and a sensation of air…
Then we continued with an excellent foie gras confit, served with sorbet Strawberry and rhubarb, TOP!
We had the will, the cooking was just perfect and very tender fish, served with an emulsion of fane, Japanese mushrooms, white radish and nuts crushed, which bring the crunch to the dish
Follow-up for me by char (I don't like the pigeon that was the next course) served with chanterelles (in very generous amount), the snow peas and peas.
An emulsion to the Beaufort of pasture to continue with Golden butter croutons.
Finally, dessert, a swim of blueberries, a financier (still warm hummmm…) Blueberry and vanilla, exquisite ice cream! (and yet I'm not a fan of vanilla ice).
We thought we have finished this delicious meal that is completed by a tray of sweets House: macaroons, madeleines, calissons and caramels.
This restaurant really is a wonderful discovery.

Problems at check in were sorted out quickly, but put a bit of a downer on our arrival. Be aware that this hotel is located such that walking back from the town centre requires slogging up a long steep hill, so not great for parents with small children or lazy people. Public transport wasn't an option. Room was a decent size with a good bathroom (bath + shower), a small balcony and great views of Mont Blanc. Breakfast offered a good choice, dinner smelled great but we didn't get a chance to try it. Wi-Fi was usable in the room, which was at the far end of the hotel. Unrestricted access and reliable enough once you had a connection.
