Town centre hotel at a very reasonable price. We had a double room which was on the small side but spotless. Helpful staff and some English spoken.

From restaurant there is only the name! Despite the good will of the waiter we waited 1 hour for 2 Auvergnate salads. We reported that the nuts were missing (not to mention cheese) the waiter brought us a small plate with nuts and tomatoes! It's up to you to compose your dish! It is really unfortunate to see establishments of such a lack of professionalism more in a region where the quality of the products is no longer to be demonstrated. In summary to avoid absolutely!

Small hotel that doesn't look good but is well placed in the heart of the city centre. It offers a private garage that was full for our overnight stay. The room was classic but we are no longer used to carpeting, feather pillowcases, the remote control which is HS. Breakfast is very decent.

Interesting first night. Good and refined cuisine, good food, a pleasant welcome.
Regarding the room, only a small task on an angle but the suite remains nice and comfortable.

Excellent evening at the Renaissance with friends. Balloon of Veal reef, lamb mouse, bread lost. Very tasty kitchen. Glass of champagne offered by the boss, very good welcome. Restaurant to rediscover for a traditional cuisine but reminds us of the cooking of our meals with family.

Good stay at this hotel. The staff very friendly and available, a nice restaurant on the ground floor. The room Although a little small, is comfortable and well equipped (flat screen, shower multijets, hairdryer, …). In short the value for money is very good, I recommend!

Frightened by the deplorable opinions consulted after our reservation, we were more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the reception, the comfort and cleanliness of the room N ° 2 on 21/02/2018, as well as the convenience of the garage facing the reception. Staff more than pleasant, possibility to take possession of the room at 12 pm since free, sweet treats offered to children. Hotel well located in the heart of the city, and has 13mn on foot from the train station and decent rate, the team is welcoming and attentive to the well being of its guests, the restaurant is very good.
The parking around the hotel is a bit complicated.

Some little bourgeois poorly educated complain about the cleanliness of the rooms. Ironic in my opinion when you pay 49 euros one room with a double bed and bathroom with hair dryer and shower. Stop watching the dust to the it and focus you on what makes the attractiveness of the region namely its pastures, cows, its roughness of life and not his palacieux comfort of the 16th in Paris. Hotel a deplorable quality and cleanliness. Infected bathroom, carpet dirty, stained and dusty. Restaurant with lousy service quality. Saddening dishes! When I asked the specialty of the region we my served one flat completely empty, nothing to eat! I even had to chew slowly not to stay too long in front of an empty plate! And when I tried to report it to the manager she my responded that if I wasn't happy had I go eat somewhere else with a disconcerting aplomb! Very good it will be for next time! So pitiful home and that's an understatement. Only property to people who make fun of fraud.
To conclude, we would absolutely not recommend this restaurant! Go rather the competitor below the perpendicular streets!

Very disappointed — 23/9/2013 — very family meals — food different from those ordered (COD plaice for) — the waitress was due to be hired in the emergency and was doing what it could — unfamiliar dishes mentioned on the map — could not open the bottle of wine — forgot orders — and the bouquet: 2 entrees counted increasingly on the invoice.
