➜ Snow Front at the foot of the building, crib, hotel restaurant and many shops.
We booked 2 rooms Wednesday — Sunday and enjoyed our stay. We reported to the receptionist immediately upon arrival that the upstairs window in both rooms were broken. She confirmed that they were aware and made a note.
Upon checkout the hotel manager interrupted the checkout process and claimed we had damaged the windows. The receptionist was present and backed our story. The hotel manager asked here to stay out of the matter and requested us to pay for damages. We showed him photos of the damaged windows, time stamped from our arrival, as indispensable documentation.
We had to leave without coming to agreement as we had a plane to reach. Immediately after our departure the hotel manager charged our credit card with 1668€ without and authorization. We immediately called the manager and requested they reverse the charge without luck.
We reported the scam to Hotels dot com without any luck.
We have not been reimbursed and advise you not to use your credit card when staying at this hotel.
The manager is dishonest, rude and a thief.
Do not give credit card details to anyone at this hotel!
