So its not a great old-fashioned deco experience, lack of air conditioning, broken shower tray, towels not first youth. The radiator of the chamber had to be torn off the holes not been plugged.
On the other hand lunch is ok.

Hotel had not taken into account our booking for the return of our holiday. We arrived with our two children, they were full! The barely kind hostess did not seek to relocate us and did not even apologize! We had to fend for ourselves to look for a spare room in the middle of July and not knowing the area!
At the aisle the reservation well made, old room not very clean, on the other hand very good breakfast.

Great stay, very clean room and very quiet, hearty breakfast, team really friendly and available, I put five well deserved stars.

Very friendly staff especially the person who was doing the morning. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very scaled.

Obsolete room lack of place office without chair bathroom room and very limited number of towels insufficient soap dispenser plus water flush HS No assessor or parking monitor does not correspond to the descriptive view on the Internet.

It's not a 3, 4 or 5 star, but the price I was pleasantly surprised (establishment and room very decent! ) but above all, the welcome, friendliness and availability of the hotel staff is nicer and better than in some signs much more expensive! I recommend it (and I will stay there again! And NO, I'm not one of those fake customers to inflate the "positive reviews", I actually and sincerely say what I think! )

If not clean and breakfast plentiful otherwise I would have only put 3 stars.

We changed the room three times to have a television in working order… the curtains, the lampshades days of the lamps fall apart… The shower is hot or burning limit. It was a very nice Hotel. To flee.

I also enjoyed the friendliness of the reception, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms.
The size of the bathroom did not pose any problems.

The reception and staff at the TOP, friendly, available, attentive… But hotel to renovate.

The Hotel is conveniently located for visiting Pau. In Lons, 3 km. On an avenue of 5 m. By car you can visit the city. There are no bars or restaurants nearby, just a Ldl next door.
The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable beds, with flat-screen Tv and no elevator. Rooms and bath of fair size and without A/a.
Free Parking and no problem of capacity.
The receptionist friendly and spoke Spanish enough to understand each other.

Simple, but fine for a night. Pets are welcome and for the smokers among you: This is seen loosely (everyone needs to know for themselves if they want to sleep in the smell of smoking, but say beforehand.
You should be able to speak some English, but French would be more contemporary.
Overnight with pet costs 50, 10 Euro/person in October, small breakfast (petite dejeuner, read: Ptit dejönee 6, 90 euros.

Car park area was a mess which didn't start off well with our opinion. Reception lady very friendly and helpful, so that was nice. Room was a good size but old and tired, as was the en suite. The toilet seat was broken, floor grubby, just 2 shower gel sachets, one of which had been opened. Just one large towel and one small between two of us. There was a €5 charge for our dog, the usual is €3. Thankfully the bedding was clean, but that's about the only positive comment I can make. Having stayed in many budget hotels, this is definitely the worst and most expensive. Disappointing.

Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido negativa. No recomiendo este hotel, primero por su limpieza. Esta sucio, the mampara del baño llevaban tiempo sin tocarla, se apreciaba the suciedad nada más entrar en el baño, los edredones con rotos y viejos, a olor pesado desde las escaleras hasta dentro de las habitaciónes, encontré hasta a insecto seco en el suelo. El armario "empotrado"sin puerta, hasta las tulipas estaban en mal estado. Muy poca luz dentro de la habitación, rooms muy pequeñas, baño estrecho, el Wi-Fi en realidad no funciona y ruido constant, muy difficult conciliar el sueño. Esta dispuesto a Poligono Industrial. Cogimos una estancia de 5 dias, pero despúes de 1 noche, por los motivos arriba mencionados our tuvimos that ir. El dueño del hotel una persona prepotente, intentamos modificar nuestra estancia y no ha habido forma humana de llegar con él has a acuerdo. Our cobró estancia de 5 dias, although in realidad las rooms estuvieron ocupadas una sola noche. Los Booking intentaron hablar con él para llegar a acuerdo, pero tampoco lo consiguieron. No recomiendo este sitio, de verdad, de ningún punto de vista, estamos muy disgustados, ya hicimos casi 700kilometros para 1 noche, este señor nos robó literalmente, nuestro dinero, nuestras vacaciones. No puedo puntuarlo, pass para dejar mi comentario pe piden that ponga una estrella. My stay in this hotel was negative. I do not recommend this hotel, primarily for its cleanliness.
