Divine discovery. High quality table. Beautiful and attractive setting. Very nice service. Products of impeccable quality and exact cooking. The chef's inventiveness is remarkably declined from the entrance to the dessert. Beautiful table to discover urgently!

Delicacies, refined, lightweight, almost air served nicely in front of the pond. A pleasant moment of relaxation romantic. I was enchanted by the ice foie gras and crème brûlée in the entry, and by the chiffon of dressings accompanying the hake.

What a quiet view, what a kitchen! The white pond under the eyes just behind a pretty shady meadow, this is a fabulous place for an aperitif or a great meal.

Disappointing. This is not sought at the level of flavors, minimalist card, just a choice of 2 dishes… no search in the presentation, which makes the value for money is too expensive. Will not want to go back. Good, but not gourmet!

Full of charm and calm. In the middle of the woods but to 10 mn of the ocean. Great welcome and excellent meal. The breakfast is not left.

We've been staying in this beautiful hotel for two weeks. The service was just perfect, the staff is absolutely caring, professional and at the same time everyone makes you feel like you are home. The food we had in the enclosed restaurant was terrific at all times of the day. The astonishing surroundings made for a perfect, relaxing holiday. We would recommend to stay at least one night at Villa de l'etang blanc.

Hello, Fitoussi family are reassured it was wrong of the school. So she can sleep. And reassures us amounts to not see scandal. Nothing warm, creative and romantic setting card.

I am very surprised at the comment of Mr. Fitoussi, occasionally we frequent this restaurant for several years, the kitchen is of excellent quality and elaborated with fresh products, the owners are charming and very professional. I highly recommend this property.

I agree that Marie José. We were very well received and the meal was delicious. I think that Mr. Fitoussi is wrong setting. He speaks of new managers or if I'm not mistaken, David Sulpice took over the establishment in 2008 or 2009.

Stay away! Catastrophic! The new managers are arrogance and an incredible vulgarity! The manager who insulted me three times, we stayed in all 3 minutes and have cancelled our reservation. Suddenly, her husband ran to try to beat me, plating me chest against chest! And when you see that it has a head less, that's pathetic…
Besides, the restaurants around familiar, and feast to continuously retrieve their customers, all revolts from the first night.
