Super family holiday. Sympathy of the entire team, Sylvie the manager. All the staff very pleasant and simple, the reception, animation with Matthew, and the entire team of Marco at the Bar, restaurant… Place of soothing just everything you need close to everything. Lake Beach Biscarosse, Arcachon, Pyla and its Dune. Swimming pool for small and big with his Slide. And nothing to say about the cleanliness of the accommodation. Thank you good season to all, and to the pleasures…

It is very nice, all very careful, very quiet, in the middle of nature and with lots of things to do (bicycle, lakes, beaches, small towns. ). Perfect to go with or without children.

I would highlight the cleanliness of the house and the complex in general. A quiet place to rest, disconnect, spend a few days of ageing.

Well but there is practically nothing for the apartment they have to bring everything otherwise welcomes very warm indoor pool and outdoor heats while t is quiet and there are several entertainment all day for the little ones and for the big ones.

Beautiful place to spend a family holiday, well located, lake walk with landscaped beach.
Be careful though, the T3 (DRC and 1st floor) are not super isolated.
All the comforts of an improved campsite.

Very high price for what it is! Basic room with a bed or rather should I say a box spring on feet for 2 people small and uncomfortable, and that keeps slipping on the tile.
The bathroom has no storage, a simple sink on foot without any furniture to store its products or even lay its toothbrush.
What about the restaurant. The manager or employee unpleasant and who made me pay (at the head of the customer I think because there is no price card) a bottle of water of 1L 4.90! I don't recommend this establishment.

Personal. Very nice special mention for the technician of the North. We will return!

Very nice staff … Accommodation and facilities very clean. Gym leaves something to be desired. Many devices defective. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay New Year's Eve 2017/2018 …

Very quiet and perfect place for the holidays. Swimming pool Jacuzzi Hammam gym. Very nice and welcoming owners.

Superb place with indoor pool, city for teens and playgrounds for the youngest. The housing is clean and new. Very good bedding. The team that greeted us is friendly and smiling. A good week of holiday spent with sunshine.

We super loved the home. The place is not extraordinary in itself, except for the apartments which are very well. But the kindness of the employees made all the difference.

Great but careful of the weather.

We spent 15 magical days in the Area of the great Lakes in August 2016. Nothing to complain: the small houses are top: we had a t2 in ground garden where we could enjoy the outside. The staff is lovely, and the infrastructure of the complex are excellent. Address to keep and recommend to friends and to return there, of course!

The apartments are great the place is quiet but the rest… cra cra the toilet of the pool are disgusting, the pool there is a ribbon at the entrance to his faitre very neglected, has to re-examine the level of cleanliness!

Apartments and houses comfortable and nicely furnished. Activities nice; restaurant is pleasant and competent staff. + the swimming pool with a waterslide and an indoor pool.

We just spent a week with our family in this area (3 Villas and a T3). It was a great week: the villas are top (despite a small lack of shade during the day; a large umbrella available would be not bad). Pauline is very welcoming, smiling. Thank you! One downside, however: the cleanliness of the pool and spa toilets, often occupied by children who are not respectful of the place. Anyway, we come home delighted.

Very nice, good atmosphere and the small houses are very well. The children loved it.

We spent a week at the estate.
First impression very positive apartment very nice very own pool a little small but little busy. Place super hyper hyper quiet.

On the other hand the staff of nice but nice animations it is not a job. Games can yaper with as a gift a drink per table if the game is won.
Night karaoke can also technical problem no entertainment during the evening. Karaoke that ends either at midnight to respect the residents and that continues for an hour with the employees of the residence look for the error.
What about the restaurant bar an hour to serve eight pizzas and half an hour for the drinks service while the clientele does not jostle.
Hyper dirty jacuzzi used by children who play to empty the water and spit in it. In short, a place not to be frequented.
It's a shame because with some improvements the place would be great.
We're not coming back!
