Very large gastronomic houses of the South West and very delicious and dynamic and smiling room team, I highly recommend to spend at least 1 time!

This table never disappoints. I went there several times in the 80s, then at the beginning of the century and still today. Always a way to sublimate local products without excessive sophistication, with excellent mastery and beautiful creativity.

An exceptional table where art and gastronomy are silent. The highest quality products of our terroir are offered here. The service is to the image and quality of the dressage, simply impeccable!

Pantagruelic tasting menu. Oysters extra, salmon of the Adour exceptional, squall fondant and final in apoeosis with a strawberry Charlotte of the season. Reserved for big appetites.

Excellent Meal "suggestion of season" perfect, adequate.
Nice to the eye and delicious to the tasting. Personally I do not like flowers in decoration but I admit harmony to the palate.

PLUS: The rooms are comfortable, the towels are very fluffy, it reigns an absolute silence the garden is splendid, floral and well maintained the gourmet restaurant (90 euros the menu without drinks) is worth a visit: Classic kitchen but well executed, the manager is in the small care, he knows your tastes and brings you his help as soon as he can the service is adorable less: Continental breakfast at 25 euros, a bit expensive for what it is: the hostel, the kitchen is disappointing, hard to believe that the same Cui Sine/Brigade serves the Gourmet and the inn.
Very difficult to lunch at the hotel, if the gourmet restaurant is open, you are even chased from the terrace which becomes banned to the guests of the hotel and allowed only for the restaurant (we were hunted like clean evil by a waiter In front of everyone, fortunately the manager caught up with the shot) you can have lunch at the hotel, but they only have one dish: ham or Salmon Platter.

Very very disappointed! I expected much better for 1restaurant said of this level! There are of course two ways to cook. The so-called "modern" or "traditional" kitchen but in the 2 I ask that it be 1 creative hint in order to see the chef. And be tasty… Let her "drool"! And alas I have found nothing of this… Noisy room. Little Airy… (No climate)! No little table decorations. Pr 1dimanche of Easter not 1petite flower on the table! Very average Easter Menu at 129th per person without wine. 2huitres "Gillardeau" excellent product!. Iodized oyster well fleshy but poor accompaniment juice of watercress having little taste small chanterelles insipid! Small piece of lobster, swimming DS eternal cream-based sauce "kindly" bland and not very tasty! Cutlet of F. Gras Bland it would have taken 1 pinch of salt flower and 1peu of gooseberry PR decorate and give 1peu of Pep… Very good pigeon on the other hand. Good cooking. Good vegetables. Common cheese platter… Pr Easter It would have taken 1petit brie or Brillât savarion truffled! Poor Dessert: Garrigue hourly tasteless (M sharp DS vanilla sugar with lemon zest PR give 1peu of pep it would have been 1peu better) fresh cream nature and not aerated… 1peu of Mint chiseled would have been the good come to give 1peu of taste and freshness… In short this is how I cook at home so 1tel chef I expected much more!

The restaurant is worth a visit. The meal is delicious and the service outstanding. It was a nice wedding anniversary gift plus a perfect body modeling. Nevertheless I remove a star because in Ĺe SPA… The great Jacussi was not working… too bad.

Amazing classic French cuisine! What an experience. Each dish was such well presented and such refine flavours. Well worth the trip to a town in the middle of nowhere.

What an amazing dinning experience! Brought their A game to the table. Everything was nothing but delicious and the service was friendly, funny and 5 star. Truly one on my best dinning experience's ever. The maitre dee was genuine and greeted us with a great smile like the rest of the staff. Keep up the excellent work truly and excellent experience I highly recommend it …

Cold reception. I brought my future wife the day of our engagement and as it was a surprise request I had said do a walk in the forest so that this was dressed like to go in the forest c. — cool d! My request I brought her in this place which, for me, was to be at the top saw the stars. But what not fu my surprise not when we are home servers we we looked at them up and down as if we were less than nothing. OK! It was not at the top but still! After that, we had the card and we chose the menu for 200 euros. This is where the Chief Butler dares to ask us if we were not wrong and it must be the cheapest menu at 60 we want to choose… What a shame! No, but the clothes do make the man! No respect! Finally at the level of the quality of the food was just passable level of cooking. And on top of food poisoning for both! They served no fresh produce to the slobs! I was going to sue them! What a pity… a moment that must have been a moment of joy is transformed into a lousy meal, bad atmosphere and food poisoning! The only positive was the sommelier who was too funny and super friendly!

The food and the service was outstanding. Loved the foie gras dish. The wine pairing was excellent. The decor was getting a little dated to me. Looking 90's which is why it's 4 and not 4, 5 stars.

We are many years vacationing in Soustons and we went several times in this two-star restaurant. We are amazed every time the very quality variations of hospitality from unacceptable where notables of the corner service comes before you, feel to be too much and hamper the service that always gives the impression of running in all directions to sometimes perfect. It's a shame because the rest is the quality of the dishes served really worthy of 2 stars. For the moment we prefer the meadows of Eugenies, which ultimately does not cost much more and has an exceptional (and impeccable service! ).

A high place of gastronomy. Everything was perfect. Hotel and meal advice. This is still a "classic" but of exceptional quality kitchen. The cost may seem excessive, but this is largely justified by the provision of school! Not to be missed if you are vacationing in the area :).

Everything was delicious, the food refined, the flavors rich or delicate comme il faut, and the decor is elegant. The prices reflect the quality, but for a really special occasion, well worth it.

Smiling friendly staff for us and the dog. Very comfort in its entirety. Immence Park to relax and walk around. On the package menu, it was a marvel of taste and freshness with seasonal produce, wine for each dish and including breakfast.
The package at € 505 is recommended. Because everything is just perfect, we will return with great pleasure.
