Repas à deux avec un bébé le 18 juin pour l'anniversaire de mon compagnon. Il n'était pas prévu de service en terrasse et suite à demande, requête acceptée. Super service. Accueil impeccable. Un sommelier au top. Le repas était tout simplement parfait. Rien à dire sur les délais. Et le changement de cendrier après une cigarette, c'est vraiment du service de qualité. Nous avons adoré ce moment et nous remercions toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme, disponibilité et écoute et nous remercions les cuisiniers pour leur super boulot! Merci.

The House Claude Darroze, so here I am! What a building, a House like I love them. A very professional welcome, always friendly, attentive to the very pleasant rooms, sometimes can outperform their accustomed customers. The terrace, what a pleasure to drink a mousse after a big day of work, very nice place and finally the table, in the evening stage one must be reassured, no compromise on the choice of dishes, on the creatvivté and the quality of the products used. I highly recommend to test this extraordinary place. The nights are soft and restful.
It's up to you to play and tell me, Ah yes €130 the evening step (night, dinner and breakfast). They have become a must over the months. Go ahead and enjoy! I even think a renovation of the rooms is done or underway.

The gourmet restaurant just excellenttt, the dishes are very well presented. Decoration reminds me of the Louis 14 style. I love it, it's just sublime and very prestigious. The toilets of the ROLEX Restaurant the absolute class in Claire Hotel-restaurant unique in Langer. The best. Excellence on the Map.

From the entrance to the dessert, each dish is carefully prepared and served. It's a treat both in the eyes and in the mouth. Bravo and it really makes you want to come back.

Second stay in one year (the previous last April) at Claude Darroze and new profound satisfaction.
Quality of the reception, a little outdated charm of the place, comfort of the rooms quite adapted.
And then the kitchen! Intelligent, both classic and original, worked with a wish with impeccable products. Flavor, elegance, outfit: what more to ask for?
Only (very small) flat: a plate of scallops a little too sophisticated with the effect (in my opinion) to disperse unnecessarily the tastes.

I was afraid to be disappointed, also afraid that it was too posh and I came out delighted.
We feel that it is a chic restaurant but the welcome is warm, you feel pampered and the dishes are excellent. We had chosen the large menu and left sated and happy.

No complaints about the map and the quality of the cooked ingredients. Welcome and service to the top. On the other hand the sommelier leaves to be desired.

Our (too) short stay at Claude Darroze was just perfect! A warm welcome at the reception, a very well decorated and spacious room (La Pessac Leognan). A dinner of exceptional quality. Congratulations to the chef and pastry chef (and we are tough! ). Not to mention the wine list.

Expensive but high quality and really good staff — very professional but a friendly family vibe. Restaurant is also pricey but excellent. If you've just finished cycling the canal from Toulouse, the bathtubs are deep — wonderful for sore legs.
