We experienced this area as part of a wedding, we were sleeping on the spot two nights.
Seen from the outside, when we arrive the frame transports us, the view of the stone estate on the garden lets us think of a pleasant and unforgettable stay. But the trip stops here, unfortunately.
The domain does not respect the contract: the newlyweds had privatized the estate on 3d, the owners opened their restaurant for the outside which did not allow to fully enjoy the tables and chairs of the restaurant on the day of the wedding…
The newlyweds were warned shortly before the wedding that a scene would be being assembled in the reception room, so thanks for reviewing your table plans, DJ Place and disown on 1/3 of the room that would not be usable… and enjoy the life On the work in progress and you have to integrate it into your decoration.
The interiors are very dirty and not maintained, in some rooms no hot water, and the bedding in very poor condition. The bare minimum for a room (cheaters saw the price) … when the housekeeping, there is a fault…
The reception room was just very very dirty and it was we buddies and newlyweds who cleaned and rubbed the wedding Eve… everything was dusty and not presentable for a wedding. (Dirty tablecloths, very dirty floors, mirrors and dusty surfaces) and of course the owners were not alarmed and flee the situation as possible arguing that the housekeeping would be done in time… they actually took care of cleaning the tablecloths (On forcing of the bride, and soils… everything else is the witnesses and friends and married who managed… the sketch…
It was agreed in the Contract access pool and spa… Ms No as the condition of the pool was hygieniquement imobservable (seaweed and vase) and spa, not in working order either…
It was necessary to be constantly behind the owners to claim light from the heating… Ms They disappeared regularly and were not professional TT just in communication.
They were in bad faith and minimised the situation so as not to have to manage it… more not at all sympathetic and an owner with an oversized ego…
There is still a positive point, it is the meal which was very good, it is shame that the talents of Jonathan (the chef) are tarnished by the rest.
For me this area is declining and the owners do not have the money neither the professionlisme nor the staff to hold an establishment of the kind… I think from word of mouth, the little customer will not return because the benefits are too expensive and Poor quality.
For a wedding, go your way otherwise you will lose money, energy, and a lot of good humor…
