Warm welcome, pity that one hears the cars in the rooms, plus a snoring all night (the VMC I suppose). Large bed very nice, and clean rooms.

Welcome home. Comfortable bedding. Lack of catches in the rooms. Breakfast a little expensive but full.

A very good hotel. Very clean room. No complaints. Restaurant with very good food. Very good reception. If I come back to La Rochelle I already know which hotel to choose. I recommend.

Unfortunately first time and last time! From that I informed the hotel staff that I had a cat and that it would not be necessary to make the room otherwise it might run away, the ladies seemed super happy. Indeed, they did not even ask us if we could need anything, towel, soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, bed linen… Obliged to go begging. They passed only once in the rooms in 3 nights and we just had the right to a garbage bag in one of the bathrooms. No housekeeping (while the bathroom was dirty) No towels, make up your own! It is cold in the rooms, no duvet or cushion in Rab, small bottle of soap scented fragrance for man to wash… The breakfast buffet is just shabby for the price… It's a pity ☹ ️

No closet to store clothes.
Very short hygiene: spiders and their canvas… floors not cleaned, etc… Medium meal meat sometimes lasts.
Breakfasts appreciated as varied except for the cereals of very ordinary quality.
An entrance card in the room disabled. The client had difficulty finding staff to allow her to enter her room.

Good price, not to far beach-boats, correct Room and Good Service. For few days at La Rochelle, it is good hôtel.

Stuff is excellent, Room is great, bed is confortable, bathroom is correct! Only problem I noticed is the noise you hear then cars are passing by on the big road. Everything important is located less than 10 min away by car.

Rude ignorant staff. My mate had his motorbike helmet stolen from right outside the reception door. No one gave a toss. Asked for a taxi so we could find a motorbike shop to get a new helmet, it took over 1.5 hours to arrive. Again staff didn't give a toss. We tried our rudimentary French to ask for help and got nothing. Arrogant and useless. Will be Spain from now on based on out treatment here. Avoid at all costs if you can.

I had booked a double room. I called five minutes after booking to confirm which side the room is and if it is a double. Confirmation that Yes. Next day, arrived on the spot, Room 2 beds, told me that we can bring closer them, but it's dicey. Soundproofed room? Expected of cars on the side of ring road. And on top of that, impossible to have a stable shower temperature. It varies between freezing and boiling alone. Apart from a small, "sorry" hospitality, we had no compensation. Thank you for these € 70 spent in your channel.

Certainly design in the 80's. Bathroom at the limit of the unsanitary conditions. Old and poorly maintained! Only the bed was comfortable. Noisy, on the edge of the national, you can't open a window, so at night under air conditioning mandatory! We have stayed in side of 2 prostitutes large smokers of grass, fortunately our 2 year old is too young to realize it… Class! The headlights of the cars parked in the parking lot just give on your windows, well seen! Brief hotel old without even talking about the price of the room for 79 euros without breakfast is outrageous! Only the kindness of the reception staff is (a little) the level… Book anything else this will be better!

A great day of wasted because of your crappy service! Band of thieves! The thermostat of the shower does not work! Results not hot water and cold water! It's a scandal, it's unacceptable! I'm not paying!

Good bedding.
We got the last room, reserved for people with reduced mobility.
No air conditioning, invasion of ants in the room, on the bed, and on the breakfast buffet!
The room rate has increased during the night! €74 happening at 79. €49! without the tax.!
For a hotel that has the pretension of 3 stars, 2 stars him enough.
An address to remember, not to return.

Very disappointed!
It is not my habit to leave comments but the I takes time.
Already between the prices communicated by phone and I arrived, its increase of € 10 because the person on the phone to forget to calculate + €10 for a small (COT) extra I had ask.
Arrived in the room very small and especially who felt cold tobacco we didn't hesitate to tell the payment the morning.
Of more the toilet which was barely on the wall, the very old shower and walls or was like sleeping with the neighbors, and the rooms not to the standard since there is no smoke detector.
Personal not unfriendly but the home is really poor, lost in their reservations, little smile, leaving us no choice for their mistake.
For a nights for 3 persons € 84, its not worth at all.
Sorry for this hotel but, really need to recover a minimum in question.

Hotel which does not look like it, but that is very well located, clean and neat. Managers are absolutely adorable and listening to customers and very helpful. If I come back a few days in this region it is here that I will return.
