Too small for six. One window door and not one window. A sweltering mezzanine floor. Not great! Otherwise friendly setting and friendly welcome. Nearby beach and quiet assured.

Clean and nice camping with a bakery and bike rental shop nearby. We were 6 in may for a colorful mobile home quite comfortable. Swimming pool a large pond, playground for children. Beach at 5 min with! I will gladly return.

Old residence without any amenities. Would be what a small corner to play balls would have been a plus.
The state of the construction of the indoor pool is deplorable (rotten woodwork, paint everywhere chipped). The apartments would need to be repainted both internally and externally.
It would have been advisable for the proper operation of the electrical plates and the VMC to be verified before our arrival. ; 2 days without means of cooking and strong odors in the apartment. The appearance of the interiors is very sad: the mattress cover of the sofa gutted and poorly sewn and chest of the roller shutter, which no longer works, non existent replaced by curtains with dubious appearance.

Attention outdoor swimming Pool not heated contrary to what is advertised on the site. So pretty cold at the beginning of May.
The indoor pool is small but helps if there are not too many people.
The lodging for 6 is rather small. The bunk bed is to be reserved for young children because the top bunk is almost glued to the ceiling.
The bedding is therefore a little sore on the back.
Bathroom and kitchen correct.
Quiet residence and relaxing environment.
The beach is not that great for swimming but there are quite a few nearby easily accessible by bike.
Do not forget the bike so car traffic is tedious.
In the end, it's not bad for a relaxing destination, rest.

Too bad the outdoor pool is not heated and the indoor pool is very small. But otherwise everything was fine.

A great stay, seeing the reviews I was a little afraid to be disappointed but finally the residence is very good.

For the F2: Staff very little available or absent especially during the 2x2 hours reserved for the reception, old residences and not very sharp, very small room and tiny fridge for 2, I dare not imagine for 6 people. Air conditioning shutter blocked because broken!
I will not come back or advise this establishment.

Housing fairly small room very small and window does not opens. It's a pity. Otherwise the location is perfect for beautiful ballads at the edge of the ocean. Nice pool.

It is small but good it will lack of storage in the room cons very well received nice staff and covered pool nice especially in winter when you are alone.

We were very disappointed with the accommodations in this residence. So far we have always been very satisfied with stays at Nemea, but the dilapidated as well as the narrowness of the accommodations have greatly disappointed us.
If the staff did everything possible to make the stay as enjoyable as possible by allowing us to change at the last minute of lodging (the 1st was really awful), unfortunately they could not do the impossible.
The cleanliness of the second apartment was very average.
The area is very beautiful and we nevertheless had a good stay (out of the accommodation). We will gladly return to the hotel but certainly more to the residence of the Vignier Sands.
We visited the other residence Nemea on the hotel and we found it much nicer.

Very disappointed with the indoor pool (impossible to swim, too small, it's actually a pool for baby swimmer! )
Impossible to cook in the Kichenette (it takes an hour to succeed in cooking pasta, and again with a small saucepan, because with the big pot impossible to boil water! No oven or at least a mini oven. As much to say that for once we ate a lot of boxes or dishes all prepared to warm up in the microwave! ) No shutter in the window, so you sleep poorly because the light passes through the curtains (it was in addition to the full moon)

Excellent value for money. Own. Family. Quiet.

The Wi-Fi is far too expensive compared to what is done with other renters.

First experience with a Néméa residence and it can be said that she was positive

Accustomed to Nemea, we were quite disappointed with our stay.
An ageing residence with an obvious lack of means of interviews.
We have recovered a totally dirty house. Sand, dust, hair, fat on all kitchen items etc.
Very big disappointment when we arrived.
Our aging housing was made up of a mezzanine where the highest point exceeds the metre 70!
Good point for the reception reserved by the staff, the location has 300 m of the beach and the indoor pool (small but Nice) and the general calm.

The residence and very well, not far from the sea by a path in the sand dunes, very beautiful sunset to see in the evening, its quiet. There is just one defect the room at the top impossible to turn to make the bed, it and against the wall and it is hot in addition because there is no window that give out. That on the stay, the stairs too rail to climb.
