The only good thing is the view (if you are on the lake side).
Upstairs the balconies are very narrow, downstairs the people who are passing through have a beautiful view of the inside of your room, no privacy possible.
Dilapidated rooms, humidity, cleanliness to desired and in case of dispute do not expect anything from the management that takes you from above.
Just the impression of having been robbed and not complying with certain legal obligations.
Very close you have the hotel the blue flag, for an almost identical rate a real service and a staff listens to him!

The view is top! The staff at the property is lovely… a superb restaurant on the outskirts of the hotel… a nice tour of the lake to do. The room is spacious. The King size bed is super comfortable. A great time in this hotel! Thank you…

I do not understand the bad reviews, how much we will pay if the hotel was a chain surely double. Let's encourage those who fight to save their family establishment, to real workers, it's all to their credit! A majestic location and a welcome that is rarely found, real merchants attentive and concerned for the well-being of their customers.
For my part the air conditioning was there, seen on the lake, very hearty breakfast, and excellent bedding!

To spend a night in the city center on the lake, welcome very pleasant and attentive. Small problem of waterproofing the shower. Copious breakfast with choice. Better than its 3-star category suggested it.

We had booked the most expensive room in the hotel. Very disappointing result: bed 140! And that squeaks ' broken toilets, tiny bedroom and panties of the previous occupants in the shower. Only good point the view of the lake. For the rest we are extremely disappointed with the quality of this hotel.

An establishment that advertises 3 stars but the standing is not there! No air conditioning in the rooms just a fan that brews hot air. A dilapidated bathroom and a very average carpet floor. Breakfast stands out it was fine as well as the bedding. And the welcome. Charming with a very nice hostess and well aware of these inconveniences. In fact, work is planned soon.
An address that will surely be worth a detour.

Renovated hotel (with the means of the edge) QQ years ago. Demand to be refreshed today especially the carpet (very worn). No flaps; At the curtain place (not top in the morning). The parking lot of the lake serves as the parking lot of the hotel.

A very good stay
I stayed a weekend with my husband and my daughter in a room with a view on the lake. The room was clean and spacious. We always appreciate the rooms with a balcony on which one can stand and simply admire the landscape… The reception staff was charming and attentive. We need to rest, arriving at the hotel and it is precisely what we have found…

Hotel very average and room vetuste despite the renovations. Finishes coarse, stained carpet. The property of the bath is to be reviewed. Breakfast at 12 euros with industrial bread, no fresh baguette. Very disappointed in the benefits. We have informed to our departure and the receptionist was not apologetic, she seemed to lose interest. I don't recommend it.

Hotel located opposite the Lake Hossegor, very quiet, a few minutes from the city centre. The staff is very welcoming and the breakfast is succulent we had a room with balcony and lake view. The bathroom was a little small but it did not pose a problem. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very good stopover in Hossegor. The hotel is very good, although some rooms are small. You may have the chance to have a room that gives Lake side. You'll wake up on a beautiful landscape. Nearby are several gourmet restaurants and others offering a simpler (and cheaper) cuisine. Breakfast buffet.

We had a nice time at the end of 2017. The welcome was perfect with a very nice and smiling hostess Camille.

Very good we will return after the renovations planned otherwise super and friendly.

The staff was very nice and the service was very good. Quite noisy from the room facing the road. The location of the hotel is very good. They make you sign a paper warning that if you smoke you will have to pay 90euros.

Obviously the location is exceptional (provided you have a room overlooking the lake) but the rooms deserve a "refresh" (I hate the carpet). No fridge. In short, the benefits are not at the price level.

Very good stay with a wonderful view! No car noise as only a walking path ahead. A tip take a room upstairs (deluxe) because otherwise all passers-by can see in your room. For the price it could still renovate some hallway walls or change the rusty towel doors.

Very disappointed with this hotel for the price. The housekeeping passes but little better do, I also advise you to go and buy toilet paper, because again at the price where the apartment costs, the paper that claws is not great.
The TV antenna was working very poorly, we're picking up a chain of 3. Regarding the parking, it is 4 places, on the other hand there is a large parking lot beside but not supervised. The view is when to her pretty, nothing to say on this point. Nice staff and good breakfast, there is a choice.

Side road room was it to an online booking? Persistent smell of tobacco, clean leaving frankly inadequate component that does not close, faulty toilets (tap that splashes everywhere, no support for keep the PEAR of shower, wc flee…) and the door closed frankly not properly…
How this hotel shows you it 3 stars? I have to select a star to be able to publish, but honestly it is not justified.

Nice basic hotel for a few nights. Close to main town. 10 minute walk along the lake. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and adequate, don't expect the savoy but good value for money. Parking on the main park or room for about 4 cars directly in front of hotel.

It is a hotel care, very nice. The friendly service made us feel at ease, despite not understanding the language. The lake views are spectacular, the sunset is beautiful. Sorry to have been so little time. Without a doubt, we will return.
