3 star hotel but service and reception 6 stars.

Lovely hotel on the seafront at Royan, some rooms have sea views with a terrace. Breakfast was extra but plentiful and could be taken in tour room or on the terrace overlooking the beach. The hotel had lifts and wide hall ways. Room was clean and tidy if a little small but adequate for a nights stay.

Great hotel on the edge of the ocean, a very nice staff, a quality bedding, a frugal breakfast to wish. You'll enjoy yourself!

It's so well placed that beach, downtown or seafront are close by foot Rooms are small (like many in Europe) and breakfast offers a good choice and coffee is served at your table. Regrets in the time we were here : a awful diesel or fuel odor was not exciting when going to the dinning room.

Contrary to some reviews I found this nice hotel. We I was very well received.
The rooms it was redone. They are modern. We if feels good.
Insulation and not top, it's true, but in talking with the Manager, they I work to improve it. I must confess that if everyone I put of the own, there ' no worries. We have not been bothered by's problem of insulation. Breakfast is at the top.
I recommend it to the people.
For us, we look forward to I return. More pets are allowed, which is not the case for some hotel. Especially after a renovation.

A night with the whole family we remembered but not positively.
The insulation of the rooms is really pathetic. We hear everything that happens in the hotel. Woke up at 5:30 by the noises coming from the kitchen. We had the impression that there is work in the hotel.
The rooms are sum all mediocre for a three star. There must be the rooms pictured on the site that have a certain charm.
Here is a room in a hotel Etap with double price.

Relatively hotel, believed to sleep in a room in the 1960s. If you like lie-in is missed, you can hear everything the noise of the shower from the 3rd to the 1st Flush through the snoring of the neighbor. No sound insulation. Only the breakfast is good. Especially not advisable for this price, you can find better.

Really nice that seaside hotel.

For a month of October, this was perfect. Breakfast, very friendly staff, room on the 1st floor with view on the ocean. Good value for money, but 2 small spiders have ruined the stay for a 3-star hotel which does not necessarily correspond to a 3Stars.
