Big disappointment!
Where to start:
Room 111… a foul smell of sewers in the bathroom as soon as we entered the room. A smell that spreads very quickly in the room if you leave the bathroom door open. We notify the reception, the message will be passed so that the next day the problem is resolved. We can't change rooms. The next morning we ask again if the message has been passed, the receptionist accompanies us and attests in front of us and the housekeeper that we must check the shower because the smell is unbearable. Forced to leave the bedroom window open to ventilate.
We return late in the evening, the window remained open: (and nothing has changed. The foul smell is still there for our 2nd night.
No financial compensation or commercial gestures proposed!
Compliance with covid health rules:
The hydroalcoholic gel terminal on the front door remained empty for 2 days and never recharged.
Classic breakfast… too classic, and borderline barrier gesture: everyone uses the same clamp for services, and quantities of pastries and breads limited.
The cleaning in the rooms is done in a partial and coarse manner.
A soundproofing that makes us spend the night with your roommates.
A TV that lights up whenever it wants and that turns off randomly on its own.
In summary a hotel has high potential, very well located, with a nice façade and a very nice terrace but neglects the comfort of its guests… Too bad.
