➜ Nice and relaxing place but the villas are not well maintained. Average home.
➜ This is the 3rd year we come to the villas managed by Estivel. We had 2 years in a row a well maintained House by their owner. This year we had a house in a dilapidated state, in a crasis unimaginable: squares of foam padding in GUISSE of mattresses, stools all disappear as a bedside table (for the rooms that had), bed mattress holes, more than outdated furniture, mold in the shower, a canteen type crockery from 10 years ago, clogged pipe problems, etc, etc, etc. : all for €3000 a week. Unacceptable value for money.
These are houses that are owned by Estivelle and some owners are totally mocking. No obligation of standing is imposed on them or an update. The staff on site is very nice but has no power. Management is totally mocking any claims after the cheque has been cashed. And when one asks for a gesture, as for example the sheets offered in compensation of the household and the lack of standing in view of the price spent it is said to us very kindly: If you pay not will have withdrawn from your deposit.
In summary: either you have the happiness of falling on a House whose owners are concerned and your holidays will be great and you will have for your money. Either you will fall on a neglected House and there for €3000 the week you scream in scandal with in return a "I in fautisme" from the direction of Estivel disconcerting.

The location of the villas is really Top. On the golf course, with access to the beaches via the bike trails, it is great. The villas themselves are perhaps not all of the same quality. Our (22/32f) was not super well maintained, broken tiles on the stairs leading to the pool, a stone unsealed dangerous at the edge of the same pool, the tile cracked in the bedrooms, a BBQ of another age, a garden table buckled by the time… It's a shame, the rest is good.
