Condo Hotel

Dirty accommodation where several things were missing (plate, cutlery, ). We were in hotel formula with sheets and toilet linen provided. We were 5 and we were given a single sheet and 4 towels. We had to go and claim. The girl of the welcome, despite everything very friendly stuck everything in our arms and you go out of your way. In hotel format, we expected to have the beds made. I've never seen a hotel where you had to make your bed! The village itself is very poorly maintained. Lots of weeds everywhere. It's borderline abandoned and very neglected. Anyway, I can't describe everything, that would be too much to say. Only the pools seem well maintained. Fortunately, it was only for 2 nights. We certainly won't come back to that.

Disappointed…
The frame is top. It's exotic, the buildings are pretty, the place is quiet is really nice.
On the other hand, housing. We had booked just one night to make a stop on the way to the holidays. It's very aging, the household leaves something to be desired (trace of the location of the lamp on the nighttable, cobwebs. The sofa bed is a torment for the body (I haven't even managed to sleep). I also find it a pity that the cleaning kit is not provided (well if but paying) because when I go out one night at the hotel I do not bring my washing-up liquid;-). And we also regretted that for one night the beds were not made. Because do everything to do it again the next morning.
Then a big security problem: the pool gate is broken, so any child can access it alone.
Anyway we are disappointed with the value for money.

Big disappointment of this residence. Dirty apartment on arrival, forced to clean the floors, the toilets and even the drawer where the cutlery is located. Spider webs in all parts. The sofa for three people and which serves as a bed would not be usable if we had been 6. The pool is poorly maintained, mold on the edges and color of murky water and especially access to it is with a broken lock. We are next to a playground and the noise in the evening was until over 22:00.
I think this residence could with potential, if vacanceole wanted to put competent staff and especially listen to the comments of travelers.
There are still positives as a maintained façade, golf and especially the area.
We will return to this area but not in this residence.

Perfect for a golf break with children. Only downside, the couch bed very very uncomfortable, because in bad condition.

Very unpleasant reception, no sense of reception, do not break us in case of need — indeed we arrived late for the reception of the keys and could not have room to prepare us. We call the emergency number indicated to call if necessary "I will not move on the pretext that you have a wedding" Dixit our interlocutor. Apartment room — derogatory comment from the receptionist and no excuses from them in view of our remarks.

A lovely hotel that offers great services, large rooms and a very nice setting.

Accommodation provided for 4 adults for my part I left my back in the sofa bed… redoing the housework when arriving and unfortunately indoor pool closed all along my stay on Sunday and Monday. It was very nice.

Very nice apartment, pity that there are few cutlery, plates, glasses… I would go back however with great pleasure. Very good reception on arrival.

This is a room in addition the neighbors from above played ball at night it made noise it was very slow the pool and disgusting the Jacuzzi closed the pool always an excuse that it is not open, the dishwasher there is none while C Was marked on the site, one did arrive and four glasses of broken, finally no.

Off-season, it is a relaxing and strategically ideal place for golfers. The equipment is at the height of what is advertised on the site. But be careful, all benefits are not insured.

Quiet residence, tennis pin pong Pool A will, decent apartment with what it takes to cook and sleep.

In the middle of nowhere, the village arises.

Very good stay. We were very well received. 2 outdoor pools not heated damage. Very nice park and very quiet. Perfect for the holidays.

Must be very well in season, unfortunately we went out of season! Closing of the outdoor pools while the sun is at the rendezvous for not having to maintain for a few people, Balneo open only at certain times (not indicated on the site) and sometimes the schedules are not even respected. Anyway, a bit disappointed.

A little weekend in love in a nice place. Nothing exceptional but it does the job. The place is a little isolated but the services satisfying. The catering staff is not very professional (cigarette break in full service, discusses a lot, …). On the other hand and despite a broken sauna, the small institute is correct and the staff to listen. Nothing to complain about the clean and well-equipped housing.

I find myself once a year a stay in this hotel, I recommend you very very nice quiet and comfort top.

Very good reception on the part of all staff, lovely without any problem. For my part, left a couple in a studio of 25 m2 for 2 nights, equipment in the apartment are fine, just produced lack dishes and sponge. Otherwise there's everything else, towels, dishes, sheets, everything we need. Very friendly Spa with the also very well received. Staff really there to meet the well being of the client. A very quiet and nice setting. A remake with great pleasure, tomorrow if possible.

Residence without animation with good benefits (tennis, swimming pools, table tennis, playgrounds). With participation well care be, golf and Spa. The village feasts are many and friendly (orchestras and regional dishes to taste).

We have a great weekend in the "bastides you golf d ' Albret" spent. Very nice reception, breakfast was served to us in a great Hall already at 7: 00. Had views of the golf course, our sport so always in mind.
The apartments are very comfortably furnished, so one imagines charming holiday. We definitely come in the summer again and then certainly for 1 week.
