Something old but quaint hotel with beautiful garden and small terrace, pitches in the courtyard. The rooms are clean, prices reasonable. The service family and on demand very helpful, despite already closed cuisine there was a large side dish with French specialties and very good wine. The menu is great with a typical country-style good selection and the food.

Impeccable service, staff always smiling and friendly. Stay in the Marie-Françoise room. Beautiful room despite some "imperfections": bathroom narrow enough for a man like me of 80 meters, lack of handle to open one of the windows doors … But hey I quibble. The city is really beautiful, very quiet. We had a great weekend in love! The restaurant even offers barbecued specialties! For the hungry like me it's perfect.

Excellent welcome at the Herrenstein Hotel. Room of very good comfort, very well equipped. The table is excellent too. Free parking in the hotel. The hotel is easily accessible from the A4 motorway, Saverne exit.

The beds are small (180cm), the bathroom is old and the shower cabin guides are calcified and no longer close. The bathroom was not clean in the "corners" and dusted on the openly visible beams. Breakfast on Saturday according to the notice from 8:00 possible, but the resident person did not arrive at the hotel until about 8:15, as 16 people were already waiting for a coffee.

Very good reception, very nice hotel, restaurant of the cellar with excellent tarts outbreaks and pizzas.

I gave my parents a night in this hotel thanks to a smartbox and the horror…
They came back from their disappointed… stay even worse…
Sheets were full of hair and dirty (with unidentified spots or rather we'd rather not know) they asked a change of sheets… the person came to change the sheets she had even more of protect mattress so she just added a sheet cover more… and not even an apology at least about the State of the bed…
ROOM not cleaned hair everywhere… for remained polite
Finally in short I don't recommend this hotel at all…

One of the values of the foothills of the Vosges to the North. When weather is nice, in the summer, book at the garden.

Nice hotel with good food, but situated on a very busy road. Some of the rooms are located on the terrace of the bar. Therefore quite noisy in summer.

My opinion takes into account only food service.
It is without a doubt the best value in the region. It is one of the best restaurants I have ever been. Food quality dishes and very good products. If the weather, ask to eat on the terrace, the setting is beautiful.
