High-end gastronomic. Nice setting. Rooms decorated with care. Calm. And to finish a fine breakfast. With my cute sin: the white omelet. Made on purpose for me. 🤗 Attached is the menu… Grandiose!

Wonderful restaurant, highly recommended.

We have eaten with my partner for Valentine's day and we passed a pleasant time. The dishes were excellent and sought after. I would highly recommend. Correct prices.

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. A true feast for the eyes and the taste buds. All accompanied by wines of a very high quality. I recommend the eyes closed.

Following a problem with the flush in our pretty room, we were moved to a suite. The rooms are very nice. Good table at a restaurant in a cozy atmosphere, background music and friendly staff.

Thank you for this beautiful evening and this delicious meal. Bravo! Dishes of great finesse with seasonal products, I can only recommend this house. The welcome is very warm.

Great ambiance, attention to detail, but the Australian Black Angus is not as it would be with the Australian.
All in all, however, an excellent restaurant for the discerning guest who likes to have a taste of it.

Very nice atmosphere in this restaurant. The service was excellent and friendly.
As for the kitchen, it is simply sublime: it is a succession of subtle flavors from the entrance to the dessert. I highly recommend.

Great restaurant, with French star cuisine with a Berlin touch. Inconspicuous from the outside and some old jaws inside. But those who come here will not be disappointed on the plate. A visit to the Citadel of Bitsch is a good place if you don't know it yet.

Great hotel Restaurant. Warm welcome. Meal worthy of a two star restaurant. The value for money is exceptional. Perfect room and Breakfast.

A dinner (Apotheosis menu, with 6 wines) that delight the taste buds, absolute discovery and continuous enchantment, the dishes served, by the mastery of the cooking, the taste explosion on each plate, the training in molecular cuisine (the bell that coats the filet of Arctic char), the white wines spellbinding, all this variation of varied flavors up to the final nail (which we will keep secret) justifies the word of apotheosis fully. The Suite (Slate) is upscale and comfortable, with its king size bed, its slate basin, its modern ambience (nice Italian shower) makes you enjoy French refinement. A final thank you to the staff by their professionalism, their simple and warm welcome, their gracious availability. An experience to relive without hesitation.

The setting of the restaurant is nice and tastefully decorated the meal was just a marvel for the taste buds Bravo to advise.

Excellent from starters to dessert, the staff is very nice, and the little care of the customers without making it too I have spent a very good evening for lovers this is the top!
