We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic and made everything easy. We arrived by train from Paris and reached the hotel in about eight minutes by tram.

Always felt like second home. The management and staff were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure the stay was nothing short of perfection.

I recently stayed at Le Moon Hotel in Strasbourg — overall the place is beautiful, cozy, and in a great location. However, I want to highlight something important regarding the bathroom.

We have been touring Europe and this is by far the best hotel out of the 4 so far. It was impressive from the minute we opened the door to the hotel.

Booked for three nights just to enjoy Christmas market which is very close to the hotel.
Appearance of the lobby is very basic looks like 4 star hotel actually I was shocked when I arrived.

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated extremely well. Staff were friendly and quick to accommodate us. We arrived early and there was no fuss about checking in early.

Perfect Alsacienne dining, charming cosy, unpretentious atmosphere, warm service and absolutely delicious regional dishes. We enjoyed it so much that we had dinner here 2 nights in a row.

Highly recommend. Very nice people's, very nice place and good is very good.
Not very expensive. They have also menu and chair for kids.
It is better to make reservation.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the town. Gorgeous hotel grounds. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was ready upon our arrival.

It is seldom that a hotel gets everything right. Voco Strasbourg does. Spacious rooms. Great shower. Fantastic location — short walk to the City Centre and the Railway Station.

Flawless, or at least as close to flawless that I have gotten with a hotel. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is excellent. Staff are responsive for both scheduled and unexpected matters.

Our 4-night stay has been the high point of our three-week trip so far.
