We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic and made everything easy. We arrived by train from Paris and reached the hotel in about eight minutes by tram.

Always felt like second home. The management and staff were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure the stay was nothing short of perfection.

I recently stayed at Le Moon Hotel in Strasbourg — overall the place is beautiful, cozy, and in a great location. However, I want to highlight something important regarding the bathroom.

We have been touring Europe and this is by far the best hotel out of the 4 so far. It was impressive from the minute we opened the door to the hotel.

Booked for three nights just to enjoy Christmas market which is very close to the hotel.
Appearance of the lobby is very basic looks like 4 star hotel actually I was shocked when I arrived.

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated extremely well. Staff were friendly and quick to accommodate us. We arrived early and there was no fuss about checking in early.

Flawless, or at least as close to flawless that I have gotten with a hotel. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is excellent. Staff are responsive for both scheduled and unexpected matters.

Booked via another site. Arrived 5 Aug. Hotel has evidently been refurbished recently and rooms very, very nice. In a quiet square 5 mins from the bridges over to Grand Ile.

This was a great little hotel in Strasbourg with easy access to all the sights, close to the tram stop and very comfortable. We had a room with king bed and twin. The room was spacious and clean.
