The staff is attentive to the customer and very responsive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The location is great. This hotel has bcp of positive. But, big disappointment and I weigh my words concerning the accommodation and more precisely concerning the ministerial suite that was sold to us. We must not sell to the people of the dream if in fact, the objective is far from being achieved. When you book, there can not be so much disparity between the two rooms: one superb and bright and the other simply gloomy, dated and without any charm. Huge disappointment for us. Magic can only disappear😥😥. Faced with our immense disappointment the hotel staff kindly offered to give us two separate rooms.

A really great hotel! Really clean room! A restaurant worthy of a five-star 🌟! Really nice and super friendly staff! Our little romantic weekend was perfect!

We were just three (rainy) summer days in beautiful Strasbourg, in the Régent Petite France we were well accommodated and could enjoy these days very much.

I had visited this hotel with my family in April 2019. First night my daughter got sick and she vomitted on the carpet. The housekeeping was really bad. They sent a guy to clean our room but he couldn't do his job well so the bad smell was never gone. It took even days until our departure though we complained a lot. But we had really liked the location as it was in the center of old town, also the restaurant. Therefore I booked it again from Booking. Com for December 6 2019 (for 1 night only) for a sisters gathering. I bought our train tickets from Geneva to Strasbourg and my sister was supposed to come from London by flight on Dec 5th. Unfortunately, due to big national strike in France (which is still continuing) all the tickets for trains and some for planes were cancelled. Even my sister's Easy Jet flight from London to Geneva was cancelled due that congestion. So, we had to cancel our stay due to this Force Majeure situation and contacted the hotel on 4th night regarding our request to be reimbursed. The hotel rejected our claim, saying that our booking was prepaid from Booking. Com and whatever we would claim, they cannot help us. The attitude of the lady (Manager) who was on the phone was unbelievably rude and strict without even trying to understand our difficulty because of that big national strike. They should have easily cancelled and informed Booking. Com about that procedure. We finally had to pay more than euro 600 for one night without even staying there.

The location of the hotel is just perfect! at the heart of the "Petite France" everything is possible on foot! The hotel offers great benefits! However, there have swimming pool is damage, the minimum would have been that the jacuzzi works (detail not specified when booking)

If you want to experience the Old Town in Strasburg, then the Regent Petite France is THE hotel for your stay. Three canals run under and around the hotel and the Pavillon is an ancient building across from the main Hotel that has been redone. It is entered using the room key card, so you can come and go without any hotel staff interference. Plus the room I had on the top floor had windows on two sides, was very generous in terms of space and provided views right over the canal. I had breakfast every morning across the street at the Regent which I found to be the best breakfast in town; plus, it was available before most of the restaurants even opened.

First stay at the Regent Hotel and I can only recommend! Staff with small care, spacious and bright room and bathroom, champagne bar at the top with a beautiful view of the half-timbered houses and finally, a spa at the top! The outdoor Jacuzzi with a view of Little France is simply beautiful! Thanks to you, I will return with pleasure.

Very pretty Dependence of the hotel of the same name in a historic latch house right on the canal in the Petite France district. Spacious, modern rooms, breakfast and reception in the main building, about 50m away.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location.

Very good staff, perfect setting. The lobby is very beautiful. The room is also beautiful with a large TV, a mini bar, a beautiful and large bathroom. A stunning window view from our room! However, 4 as we had planned to eat at the hotel restaurant but this one was full and we had not been informed that it was better to make a reservation to get a place. Agree with some reviews saying that the spa is a bit small and suddenly there is little privacy and room. You have to have patience to enjoy the hot tub :).

Schedule quiet from the main hotel. Located at the edge of the water in a pedestrian area. Room very large, blending the modern and the old in the original building, with very good taste. Huge bed, perfect bathroom. I highly recommend this place and the 5 stars are deserved.
