The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast formula at 11, €90 is more than disappointing and at the limit of misleading advertising. We announce a balanced meal with poster showing scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, … All this to finally have a Tricatel omelet (precooked omelette frozen to the infamous taste). In short, far too expensive for the quality provided. We are far from the original promise and it is a shame because the rest was great.

Very good value for money very good welcome and hearty breakfast very nice clean room and comfortable bedding.

Not awful ripe dirty no pot service does not exist, the convertible sofa is a bowl you have to be small and everything is small detail that make one feels like a pigeon.

The hotel is located in a quiet location near the airport. Access facils except at night because poorly indicated and poorly lit panels. Very close to a main road to be able to descend on Colmar without going through the city and 5 km from the parking relay of Strasbourg tram.
Breakfast is expensive (more than 11 euros). We didn't take them and did them in our room.
The room is spacious and very clean. Small benamols:
— the hotplate and the microwave are quite complicated to use and without instructions. It is lip to use it.
— the wall cupboard is only 15 or 20 cm deep. It is impossible to put laundry there. Fortunately there is a wardrobe with a shelf at the top 1m80 of the floor.
— the dining table is a high table with tall stools. Not very practical especially for those who have back pain or people of a certain age.
— the TV is attached to the ACE wall in the bed and cannot rotate. So, can't watch TV while eating unless you bring the table back to the bed.
Big advantage all the same, it is the kitchen area that allows us to eat and not go to the restaurants has all meals when one is on holiday.

Always very well these apartments. Top budget to top quality. I will do all of the Appart City of France and Europe. I'm not finished yet!

The staff overall is very professional I had book a room with a bed 2 people and unfortunately we had the 1st night 2 single beds side by side. I asked the front desk to do the necessary for the next evening the receptionist assured me that he would do the necessary and Oh surprise arriving in the evening they had just put a fitted sheet 2 people happily as the night receptionist was responsive and provided us with a room worthy of that name. For breakfast then there from the big one coffee machine that heats every 5 minutes and more orange juice at 10 o'clock while on Sunday the end of the service is at 11 o'clock and only 40 places available for a hotel that can welcomed r 200 people a fully snow-covered parking and no way to snow removal at the disposal of the staff it's a shame.

No problem with the room, the parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. BIG BENOL for breakfast. Room too small compared to the number of people. A single coffee machine that does not heat enough to provide everyone. An amazing tail to get to try to lunch properly.

Unkind personnel, bad behavior with guests, do not recommend it!

-Bathroom door that does not close (shared bathroom) — Wifi that only works half-a single bed (they will tell you that it there is an extra sofa bed) — deplorable view (Windows overlook a field) — no way to restore to — 10km-breakfast At 11 € 90 for bland products and missing all this for a price of 150 €/night (Christmas market period) while knowing that the normal price off season is 70 €/night, simply intolerable!
I strongly advise against any stay here.

We lived in this hotel with a friend 16.09-17.09. Really liked the hotel! In particular, the interior of the rooms and a kitchenette.

Home rotten. Staff abcsent if you need anything done call them.

Clean but the room overlooks the car park entrance, too noisy… No air conditioning in the rooms, a stay at 37 degrees, impossible to sleep! A true disaster… Go your way.
