It was the 3rd time we went and it was perfect as always.

Very good stay at the hotel, we have been going there for several years now and we are never disappointed. The rooms are top, clean, the staff pleasant, the Wellness area perfect. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded on this last stay!
Only downside, the breakfast has 17 € which is not worth them, we had not come since COVID and we noted changes on this point. Before we had our hot drink served at the table, today it is a machine that does the job, no problem for coffee but go your way if like me you drink chocolate, it is made with water. There was also a lot more choice on what it was possible to eat. I don't know if it's due to COVID or a hotel policy but the breakfast is far from being a highlight.
We will return without worries to the hotel but we will no longer have breakfast.

Very nice establishment and the services are at the top. Very clean, the staff is very welcoming and attentive. The massages at the top, very relaxing, for my part I had Saskia, very professional! Our only disappointment was the charging station that was broken by a dishonest customer. Too bad, in the future there will be more and more electric cars. Thank you and we will be back.

The environment is very pleasant, encouraging rest and hiking, the staff very welcoming and particularly helpful; the spa, well designed, pushes to spend a lot of time there! The meals were well served and excellent, sufficient without being plentiful; the room, large and bright, silent, was well equipped even if we would have appreciated a kettle and some tea or coffee bags … Spa hotel that I will gladly recommend!

Excellent stay at this hotel. The restaurant is really very good and the staff very friendly! We had a great time! The wellness area is beautiful and modern. There is only one swimming pool but there were not many people (on weekdays) so we were able to make the most of it. The massages are also very good. Our room was small but sufficient and in a chalet atmosphere the bathroom was small but very modern and clean. The price of the stay was really correct in view of the general service, very well placed to visit the area. We will definitely be back!

Honestly, there is no comment to make about the establishment, go there with your eyes closed!
As it always takes a little trick to improve, I would have appreciated more sympathy from the manager who made our exit (no smile, no real questions about the course of our stay and I would have liked to hold him these praises verbally but he did didn't give me the opportunity).

A very nice welcome and a service of high quality. An attentive and always smiling staff. We spent five very pleasant days between hiking and lazing at the spa. We chose the half board: a rich and full breakfast buffet, varied and quality dinners. An address to recommend.

We recommend this hotel for those looking for peace and quiet. The room is typical, spacious is very comfortable. The catering is very refined and the staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a very warm annex complex with swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Lunch is very well served apart from the coffee we enjoyed less.

A beautiful, spacious, green and bright spa, a calm and serene place where everything is done to relax, beautiful rooms and a hearty and varied breakfast. Unbeatable value for money. This is our second stay at the Clos des Sources and we will be sure to return. It was our big favorite this summer.

Compared to other relevant hotels, this hotel has definitely excellent points (fine dinning, nice service, spa and swimming pool facilities). However, it also has weak points to be improved such as small breakfast, cleaning, replacing towels, no air condition in such a hot summer.

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect!

Nice location, staff welcoming, enjoyed both saunas and hammam as well as the Half board menu (improvement: Leave the choice of cheese, based on goat's milk/cow). Spacious digital room with a nice view, but a flat… The small permanent light of the two integrated spots where a sleep strongly disturbed!

Here is the second time we have come and the second time we are very satisfied.

We spent three nights at this property.
Good reception, small room but with all the comfort, separate WC, a plus. The only downside, no light in the bathroom for makeup or shaving.

Warm welcome. Fine dining. Spa that may seem small at first glance but the main thing is. I enjoyed the family side. Few people, velvety ambiance, soft music. It feels good.

Perfect stay, very good wines, the most appreciable are the opening hours of the pool area from 7am to 11pm. Very nice hikes to do in the massif of Taennchel.

Hotel very nice and romantic with a beautiful wellness area. The staff is very helpful and nice as well at the reception or in the restaurant. The hotel is clean and there is an excellent breakfast (tea brewed in small teapots, with the possibility of pressing orange juice, carrots, apples fresh, organic cereal) I would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional place, where we spent 4 days superb. The room was spacious but the garrets a little low for someone tall. The pool is a warm and friendly place where you can relax. I would have hoped for a little attention for our 25 years of marriage (reported in the booking) and following an explanation by phone unclear about the meal, we were not able to take advantage of your table.

Disaster… photos on the homepage do not correspond to the truth. Reminds of a youth hostel.

Everything was very well! Excellent breakfast, with bread without gluten for the intolerant! And also a juice extractor to make delicious apple juice-carrot! Comfortable rooms, attentive staff and nice, heated pool and jacuzzi! A wonderful stay, very restful :-)

We loved the pool and its water jets. Very clean and easy to use. The room well, but in need of renovation. The bedding is really comfortable. Small breakfast correct. Gym used by my wife: small but the need is there. By contrast, the unit of weight really need to be repaired as it can be dangerous for injuries.

Superior room digital does not correspond at all to our expectations and the description. To be already to go 2 times, but in the room mid-range, the card of the restaurant is the same for several years. Some members of the staff a little, smiling. A traditional building with modern interiors, very loving and charming. Nice swimming pool and a great spa area, all very tasteful. Service at the front desk excellent, also in the restaurant, very dedicated waiter. The booked gastronomic package was totally worth it, with one little flaw. It includes a wine tasting at Cave de Ribeauvillé, which we had no detailed information about. There is no included transfer from the hotel to the winetasting and back and unfortunately the cellar museum was closed (it's closed on weekends). I would have expected that the transfer fee is included in the package. All in all a fantastic weekend spent in Thannenkirch, highly recommended.

At our recent stay we enjoyed using the nice lounge to relax in after walking, and relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi. The room was fine and the food was very nice.

Overall disappointed. If the spa is very nice and the ground floor at the height of a 3 stars, the rest does not follow: room under the roof very small and no charm, view on the roof across the street and his fireplace that spit us his smoke in the evening: obligation to remain closed window. Tiny Bathroom, no products of home like in hotels of this category. Around the hotel little cared for: weeds… Nice but not the height: the bartender don't knows not the appetizer "House", no respect of the arrival of the customers order, we waited 20 minutes before one takes care of us while people arrived well after we were immediately served, lunch 1: 00 start, very average meal, entry miserable: banal mixed salad + three small croutons with a dollop of munster oxidized fish drying out, wine by the glass. Anyway, we left the table before dessert. What is the treatment of "gift"?

After several visits, we meet every time happily a quiet, conveniently located, the permanent worry of the property be customer, a multitude of details well thought out to allow an idyllic stay. Clean, massages top (thank you Virginia), excellent table, all this for a price more than correct. A time to share, easy.

Nice place, nice SPA area. The only complaint is that the restaurant is not big enough to accommodate all the people staying there. Too bad, put us in the breakfast room. It was nice all the same. But less user-friendly.

Beautiful setting, very nice. Space water very own wellness. Downside: no bathrobe available and slippers on sale? It's somewhat surprising for a hotel of this standard. The maintenance staff (in another maid of the pool area) unpleasant! We had at least 3 or 4 showers and we got a bad reflection on his part to tell us that we had to wash before entering the water. While the mirrors behind her were very dirty… Look for the error… Fortunately, we had a wonderful relaxing and a great evening in the restaurant, very fine, very well presented food, a leader who will have to honour and who should do the reputation of the place! Kudos to the chef! We will be back! :-)

Romantic stay for 2.
The setting is idyllic, and the benefits of the SPA are great.
The room of the hotel is is a tone below, notably because of an aging but adequate bathroom.
The living room of restaurant and breakfast are very good.
A flat on the restaurant, which can be used as the menu "gastro" very well with the setting and atmosphere, and the "sauerkraut"… The problem is that in half, if one does not pay attention (home menu), person don't you knowledgeable of the menu. Too bad…
But hospitality and the friendliness of the staff makes up for everything else.

The hotel is located in the picturesque Thannenkirch could be my middle of the forest…

The hotel is with lots of wood and very tastefully decorated. The service is great and the food as well. Even vegetable — fruit juice for breakfast.

We were very happy with the stay. Friendly staff, warm, kind and attentive. Nice combination hotel-restaurant-pool-spa. Very nice layout and well preserved family hospitality spirit: listening to the customer and trying to make a good stay. What is called "a good home".
Meals very good overall; We enjoyed the adaptation to a particular diet (no gluten, no lactose, no eggs), even if we have had still more satisfying experiences on this topic reflecting a real effort of Chief to provide a meal of high quality notwithstanding these restrictions.
The terms of use of the Spa (nudity) have not bother us (even if we are not used to it) in view of the use of towels and and respect for everyone.
We left promising to return but then with a room facing to the rear to avoid noise vehicles too early.
A detail: 2 power sockets did not work in the room.

A very good concept of relaxation to all point of view! Restoring a quality excellent price! We were made to feel very welcomed in each service. Good staff also at the level of the masseuses. Just a negative a little disappointed with the situation of the room was not great to say nothing else. But will return us with great pleasure. It was a good stay and we will be sure to recommend you.

After a good night's sleep in this bed, the opportunity to start the day with a quiet moment in the SPA area, it was great.
The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Personally, if I return in the region it is here that I will return.
If I want to be picky, I say that well was missing a small fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool, but hey isn't that a detail that in the end didn't us disturb more than that.

It were two wonderful days we were allowed in the room "Digital". The food tasted so good and the Service was so accommodating that we saw no reason to explore the beautiful surroundings. We stayed and enjoyed the ambience, the Massage (very high level) and enjoyed the SPA and bath. Very happy again and an absolute recommendation.
