logis hôtel restaurant Le rendez-vous des Copains

The hotel staff is described as very warm, sincere, and professional, with special praise for the owners, Joe and Amélie. Guests praise the welcoming reception both over the phone and in person. However, reviews note serious check-in issues: one guest was unable to access the hotel for 1.5 hours due to a locked door and the staff being unreachable by phone. A single instance of a booking error was also mentioned.

The hotel offers breakfast with a wide selection of dishes. Some guests were very pleased with the quality and variety, highlighting the particularly delicious coffee. At the same time, there is an opinion that the price of breakfast (11 euros) is too high, and guests are advised to visit a local pastry shop instead.

The restaurant offers local cuisine made from seasonal, homemade ingredients. Guests highly appreciate the food quality, specifically praising the Alsatian cordon bleu, burgers, paella, beef, and chocolate mousse. The cuisine is described as authentic and well-balanced in flavor and seasoning. Many note an excellent price-to-quality ratio, although one guest complained about a cold atmosphere in the dining room due to non-working radiators.

The rooms are described as spacious, bright, and cozy, with many considering them of higher quality than standard two-star hotels. The bed linen is comfortable, and overall cleanliness is mostly at a high level. Nevertheless, there are complaints about poor sound insulation, insufficient cleanliness in the bathroom, and a sewage odor at the beginning of the stay.

The heating system operates inconsistently. Some guests experienced rooms being cold with no way to turn on the heating themselves. An instance was also noted where the restaurant dining hall was cold due to non-working radiators, which spoiled the overall dining experience.

The hotel features parking located directly in front of the building, which is convenient for guests. There is also an inner courtyard where motorcycles can be parked, although space is limited as the courtyard is often congested.
