I've never seen such a discreet hotel when people call to find out if by chance I'll be out there they're clearly saying it's not watching the maids of very good humor cleans the rooms super well respect super well greeted by the people of the reception the towel costs €3 the coffee is good I spent a nice little holiday week there it made me happy not far there is the airport station the Casino Basel there is really at the nearby what do you want more and the price of the room is really economical why take a room to 1000 balls or 200 balls if 7 rooms costs €35 only Ah the the it's really money.

Good value, toilets stank though. Breakfast for 3 quid was good, and it was close to the airport.

Never seen such a dirty place. And I haven been to a few third world countries. Wi-Fi is unusable.

When you reserve a formule1 you should not expect the comfort of a Hilton!, that's why I leave an opinion in reaction to all the catastrophic opinions! The reception is friendly, the breakfast is good value for money, our room was clean, that's what we asked him first! the bedding is very correct and the location is ideal when you have to catch an airplane early. So for one night it's good!

Wasn't such a clean hotel, but okay for an intermediate night. Price €37 including Karges Breakfast.

Accommodation of low-level… rooms smell bad, and shared bathrooms.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. We booked a room about 1, 5 month ago via the phone. The receptionist wrote all my details down. No confirmation email or call. Nothing. We arrive at the hotel a 22 o'clock and the receptionist told us we have no more room vecause she cancelled our reservation a few hours ago because we did not arrive before 18 o'clock. No call, no warning, nothing. She says we're lucky because there is still a room, yet it won't be the same price. 50€ instead of 35€. It is unacceptable to have this happen when you have an early flight the next day. The lobby was also very dirty and smelly, I can't even imagine what the rooms look like. i would not recommend this hotel!

This is not a hotel but more like a hostel. The hostess did not speak English even enough to direct us to the nearest gas station, only barely enough to accept our payment. The bathrooms are shared and every time we went into the single toilet area (no shower or sink, felt more like a latrine) it was soaking wet on the toilet seat and floor. We had 3 rooms for our group. One received no hand towels, another had too few pillows, and another had pillows but without pillow cases. The room itself was clean and comfortable however.

I took advantage of the hotelF1 for three nights, I found myself very well.

1 star because you cannot put less. The worst F1 hotel in France. Being all week on the road I see hotels all over France and this is the worst at all levels.

The rooms are small but acceptable. Bathrooms and showers are shared, and without any cleaning. Yes, it is the cheapest I can find and is 15 minutes from the airport (There is a direct path that goes through a small bridge, from the north of the parking in the airport)

Having still not received any news from the hotel regarding my refund, to present I alert!
Knowing that I am not the first and seeing this problem of card picking endure, I strongly urge formula 1 to take emergency measures and put the means in front of the expected service.
It is unacceptable to charge a customer the TRIPLE of his DU and let the problem persist… This is flight.
For my case I intend to carry full and claim compensation in addition to the refund (which I still await)!
In addition to this, the showers are rooms and the faucets of the rooms are unexplosible: broken handle and no water at the faucet outlet.

Dirty, disastrous, bad smell… the only thing good close to the airport.

Very basic but you get what you pay for. My rating is low because when I checked in, my to was flooded as the window had been left open during heavy rain. Then for the next room I was given, the code didn't work. Make sure to bring your own towels and washing toiletries for the showers as there isn't soap available.

Was not expecting much considering the nr of stars the hotel has and considering the visitor's ratings. It turned out to be an ok place: checkin was fast and simple, the room was small but clean. For us it was just a place to spend the night and there were no problems.

Not tidy, gives feel of neglect and third world country… If you want a roof over your head when the airport collapses and you need a roof over your head or you die… Then it's perfect… I never give one star as I try to think of a positive in each situation but with this hotel I struggled even to find the above reason of taking it.

Hotel is very low end, old and poorly maintained. The staff at the reception is friendly with the guests as the door of the crapper. It takes at least 40 euro for a room the size of a matchbox, while outside a large sign announcing rooms to 31 euro. The surroundings of this place are dirty, no effort is made level of external cleanliness. The stairs leading to the rooms on the upper floors are in a sad state, the carpet is torn in places, in short, it immediately puts you in the mood… A towel of dubious is provided to the host. Staff friendly and helpful but the hotel feels a bit run down and had no air conditioning when we stayed there in June 2017. Situated right next to a very busy motorway and lacking basic comforts, its main recommendation is that is only a 15 minute walk from the airport. If you are coming from Strasbourg on the train, don't get off at St Louis' main station as it is quite far away from the hotel. Get a no. 50 bus from the main railway station in Basel to the airport.

Up on the price and the location near the Euro-airport, the Hotel makes in every respect a very poor impression of The on the Internet advertised Check-In machine didn't work; the receptionist appeared to be contrary to other telephone assurances ("dans dix minutes") after almost an hour; when he appeared, but then, we were twice (! ) a room assigned, in which the check boxes for the access code to be demolished, and that was not so accessible; the room was somewhat in order, but the door lock was not working properly and it was extremely clean and loud and the toilets and showers are in the corridor and are relatively unsanitary; overall, the Hotel made a unkempt and run-down impression. I have a booking of 6 rooms for the night of May 14 to 16 people in advance. It was agreed to install 3 people per room so the rooms we were assigned based on this criterion.
The day came my 16 guests came to the hotel to win their rooms and to their surprise there have said it lacks a room. I let you imagine their astonishment! So they talk by saying that it is not possible and the night watchman takes a pen and paper for their explained 2 girls in a room, one couple in another… As if it was for him to say who should sleep with it is a shame and they take them for homes! Or are we! Seeing the determination of this gentleman he asked an extra room and surprised they are complete! As it was 4:30 in the morning and coming out of my marriage, tired a couple goes to sleep in his car! You can imagine the night! I learn this story at breakfast, I didn't believe my ears. And more as if that's not enough, in a room he lacked a surprise head to pillow, in another of the sheets in a bed, a shower gel empty in sheets, doors that don't close and the rooms smelled bad! Me, I went there 4 years ago it was correct that it's — it spent in the meantime! I think the facility Director can question and review the work of its unacceptable staff!
The next day, I go to the formula 1 of St. Louis, luckily this is the person who made my reservation. Tell him he is very surprised, I asked him to meet the Director and tells me to come back the next day from 12:00.
