Having been a regular at this establishment for many years in a professional capacity, I remember a very well-kept house, where I was welcomed as a customer.
Unfortunately after several visits and observations since the session of this establishment, I can only note the degradation of the quality of service to the point that there is no longer even staff at the reception, and where the possibility of dining in the restaurant of the hotel has become a totally random thing, just like the possibility of access to the designated place to have the chance to start a day with what seems to me to be the least of things, a breakfast, especially when this service has been planned and regularized in advance.
When you are lucky enough to have constant income thanks to an annual contract with a company, the least you can do is do your job and do it correctly and not forget what the word: customer means.
➜ We had lunch in this restaurant with family. We were the first to arrive in the room for the lunch service. We had a very bad experience. Three people took the daily menu, three others took pizzas, including a child. We are served the starter salad from the menu and at the same time only one pizza, and not the child's. The other pizzas arrived 45 minutes later, and with an error. The dough was not cooked and therefore inedible. The last pizza arrived an hour and a half after we arrived in the restaurant. For the menu we are told that fries and vegetables would be an accompaniment and we end up with cold pasta… The young waiter apologizes for the delay and tries to rectify the kitchen's mistakes. Dessert arrives and there, icing on the cake, three hairs below the pie… At the time of the bill the young waiter offers a commercial gesture to the person at the cash register and the person refuses. In short, to avoid absolutely, we nevertheless appreciated the starter salad and the dash of mashed potatoes on the side.
