Comfortable beds, clean and spacious room, excellent breakfast, quiet at night, well soundproofed windows, free parking, good location between Colmar and Strasbourgh.

We were travelling back from Italy to UK. Wanted somewhere to stop just out of Switzerland (expensive) not far off main route with a late check in.
This hotel was perfect. Excellent receptionist with good English. Secure parking.
Fairly new hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We booked breakfast but would probably have gone to the well know fast food next door if we'd known it was there.
Probably not the place to stay if you are on holiday looking for a base, as in the middle of nowhere, but great if only passing through.

We spent only one night at this hotel to break our long trip and I say it worth any cent of its price. It was very clean, big room for two adults and two children, nice and quiet area. The hotel reception was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and I recommend it.

This was a great place for a really good price. It was safe, clean, and the staff was very helpful. It was farther from the train station (long walk with backpacks) than we expected, and not a lot of choices for restaurants within walking distance. But the hotel staff told us that we got 10% off at Buffalo Grill, so we went there. We were pleasantly surprised with our dining experience there. It all worked out great and would highly recommend.

Did not expect to such an arrogant and rude behavior by the manager of the hotel totally unexpected pls don't choose this hotel.

After my stay at your hotel in Sèlestat, and forgotting my small baggage in coffee room near the bar in your Hotel. Three hours later my housband was called the staff on your reception on the same hotel and has told that we will come back to take our Luggage at 01.01.2024 and till this time we asking kindly to be safety. They told OK! Today my housband was going there and he asked for Luggage, they give them and when he opened he saw they stole two very important things and was closed the luggage. Suddenly, he was asked for one menager contacts and the women's on reception didn't give the contactts dates to my housband, she told she don't know who is the main manager. After this answer he was asked to see the cameras because there has camera, but she didn't showed also the cameras. I'm founding this unprofessional, unkindly, stoles, laying. This issue greatly affected my ability to enjoy my stay till the end and I've changed the opinion in future for your B&B Hotels.

During our three week Christmas Market trip to Germany we decided to rent a car for a few days and head to some in France. We left accommodations for a couple of the days til day of as we weren’t sure where we’d want to spend more time, etc. Upon searching one night we found space here and it was a decent distance from both Strasbourg & Colmar and appeared to be relatively new. When we arrived the person at the front desk was very nice, we received a bag of cookies and two drink tickets which we were able to use for some mulled wine. The bar/lounge area was quite comfortable and well decorated. We had booked the last room, one of their quad rooms, which was incredibly spacious. It was only the two of us but 4 would have had more than enough space. The bathroom was a bit small in comparison but plenty of vanity space to get ready, brand new hair dryer provided, plenty of towels, good sized shower and the water pressure was some of the best i’ve had at a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of outlet space and hangars if you need to hang any clothes. The price was a little higher than we’d usually pay for our B&B hotel stays but with booking last minute and including breakfast we thought it was very reasonable. We actually enjoyed our nights stay so much we asked if there was any availability for another night after breakfast. Unfortunately it was booked but now we know if in the area it’s somewhere we would definitely stay again!
