A very nice hotel, situated in the mountains in the beautiful city of Strasbourg, the hotel is in a quiet and picturesque little village, with charming views and amazing area. The hotel itself is old, the rooms are small and not very modern, the maintenance is not of a high standard, the hotel is clean at a reasonable level and there is room for improvement, towels are not always replaced, you have to ask, but the staff is friendly and nice, there are not many modern amenities in the area, Fei Hotel is very weak, there is ample parking.

The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Nothing to say on this side. But I wouldn't be coming back. There really is a strange atmosphere around the hotel, poor insulation, aging premises, numerous cobwebs. It's a shame because Hotel 1 has real potential.

Very poorly maintained hotel. In the room the housekeeping was not done. There were still things in the fridge. A sickening sandwich started. The windows were dirty. I don't want to. It was indicated that the pool water was heated to 28 degrees, off it was very cold. We asked that it be heated. We were assured that it was heated but not at all!. Paying to have a swimming pool and not being able to swim in it is a bit of a hangover!. We don't recommend it! Very bad value for money. They don't deserve their three stars.

Nice hotel, with a beautiful past, as evidenced by the many history photos hanging on the walls. It is a pleasant place and filled with charm to relax a weekend in love. Like a small bubble of air where time runs idle. Fans of the genre will appreciate it. Others will argue that it is an old building that would need a good shot of refreshment. For our part we will hold that it is a beautiful mansion that has completely refreshed US ideas. We will definitely go back one day.

Comfortable Hotel Aging rooms. Bathroom not in very good condition and dusty. Pool clean and nice. Sauna to renovate. Jackusi turned into a gardener. Disappointing for the price.

Breakfast 12 Euro It is very expensive for not much to eat 1 chocolate bread per person if you have the misfortune to go after all the world you have more to less to ask and suddenly it cook but if you have not seen the chocolate bread you Wouldn't have had as well as homemade pancakes The following people didn't have it so it's still expensive for a piece of bread in fact C like 1 Formula 1…
The pool: The water and lukewarm and the locals cold otherwise the rooms are well insist 1 little more on the vacuum cleaner when C of the carpeted rooms.
But the welcome and very decent friendly staff.

What a pity this hotel has huge potential and could be beautiful. Alas the interview leaves to be desired… We are disappointed on the whole line… Room not very clean and very poorly soundproof… uncomfortable bed and relaxation area rather unsanitary and cold! Unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very friendly and comfortable. Ideal for family or romantic stays. The hotel has a shallow swimming pool, a sauna. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner (but we eat early in the winter) and a bar. There is a large parking lot too. But the corners are to be avoided just after the holidays because the restaurateurs and other providers go on holiday generally.

Jacuzzi non existent, locker room to access the ruined relaxation area, no place to change, cold pool, cold shower. Damage.

The pool is extremely small, the services offered are very expensive, especially the meals! The shower is not top, no pressure, it's a pity… The parking is very large, be careful as it is not tarred so it is not very convenient…

About the hotel: nice welcome and very friendly!
Room and bathroom clean, with small and large towels, bath mats, shower gel, shampoo, flawless sheets.
Swimming pool open 24/24 heated to 28 degrees and sauna. Small flat for the Jacuzzi which is replaced by a plant and that made us really want breakfast WAHOU! Hyper complete, you are sure to find your happiness!
Free parking with many places.
The staff were very helpful and helpful.
Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel.

On the downward slope. Has bigger than the name. Has lost a lot in recent years (third stay for my part and presumably the last).

It is a lovely place in a beautiful setting. The rooms are very nice, the bedding very clean and comfortable. Very clean bathroom too and nice. Hearty breakfast. Heated pool and very nice sauna too. Great place! Just undescribable amazing!

For a night at €100 have slept with 1 child in a room (cupboard) with a 20 degree air conditioning we ask for an extra heating (never received) in the hallway room plus the bathroom have counted about 10 spiders so no cleaning, and Let's talk about the so-called balneotherapy, filled with corpse of critters and a huge cement spot in the middle without counting the button for Balneo which does not work so basically a HORRIBLE bathtub. Small positive point "the pool" … Totally sealed us off on the weekend. To tell you being pregnant I tatad myself to go to sleep in the car …

Pretty nice. I was surprised the size of the pool which seems relatively large on the site photos but in real it is small and jacuzzi broken.

Superb personal setting with little care. The hotel falls in ruins the pool water cool enough for the pastis. 12th for a breakfast with no big class. The sheets of cleanliness never seen in another hotel nothing to complain about. For 49th We don't really ask for more. For a night hoisted this rest OK ms no more.

Booking last-minute booking for the weekend of Pentecost, the first impression when we arrived, the desire to leave now! however, very good bedding and clean sheets. It picks up very few channels, but we were not disturbed, we were not there to watch tv. There was no restaurant open except for breakfast, which is served buffet style, the choice is fairly complete, just missing a bit of meat, we have taken 2 mornings in a row, the less choice the second time. Space balneo n is not too bad, we have been lucky because very few people, however the jacuzzi was under maintenance, damage, balance of our stay at the hotel, way, not too disappointed but it is still a shame to let this hotel deteriorate, it may also be more personal for the maintenance.

I really loved it. The place is magical, the manager is adorable. Coming with the family, the children were greeted with open arms (yes yes it is rare). A real moment of relaxation in this beautiful setting.

Quite mixed anyway… This is the second time that one goes there to spend a weekend getaway, without being too far away from the children. The first time, which we were disappointed was the restaurant: 1 hour 45 minutes wait between the time we had ordered and the time in which it was served. And for the sole explanation of the server: "it is the meat that you ordered, it takes time… ": maybe to kill the beast, I do not know… in short: we had nevertheless had a good time: with the discovery of the jacuzzi! It is, therefore, returned this weekend. We had taken the precaution of booking elsewhere for dinner. And there, a bad surprise: no hot tub for maintenance (maybe it would have been necessary to warn the customers that it would not be available: it was clear that we were not the only ones disappointed…). A swimming pool armored, but less than the sauna, that we have ultimately never been able to try. The cleanliness of the room: as a minimum… We can not say that it is dirty, but hey, it was the first time that the bureau/dresser/tv stand had not been dusted for a while. And then, this weekend, closing the door: a square 20x20cm, who had not seen a vacuum cleaner for a moment… A bedside lamp without bulb: this is pretty annoying given that no lamp on the ceiling… Mood candles! After can one really complain when there is a client Wonderbox? And in the end, a weekend getaway, without the kids from time to time, it's so good that no matter the place.

In short, I loved!

For our wedding we were offered 1 night with access to spa food, robes and shoes… When we arrived, a bit of surprise a bit unfortunate the entrance looks like a tourist office. Arrived in our room, no brochure and no explanation for the use of the phone which we will soon need. Good move on discovery of our room on the 3rd floor attic (a velux too high to see something) I open the bed and here the stains on the sheets. As said above, no explanation for the phone so I take my laptop and I call it surprising but someone goes up to check. OH let's make you your bed well, good! I wonder if this room really cleaned, the entrance is not made (we forgot to vacuum). For this entry no light and there is planned a Cabinet but not lighting… Let's go to the bathroom it is spacious but nothing to ask its business of toilet and a skylight of the smallest size yet a place without visibility…
We had a past with robes and skates nothing in our return to the reception room to recover and we go back (why the booking shouldn't specify and drop them in the rooms?
Discovered impersonal pool spa space with nothing to make the place more attractive monotonous and the comings and goings of each fast a place that becomes a sledding track if you're not careful… a passage of raclette is not to neglect.
The evening at the restaurant, on our arrival we give the voucher included in our offer, and where not possible stupor tonight special meal.

Hello, I recommend this hotel, for my part I had room 218 and it had a large brown spot under covers bed, it flies dead on the window sills, the walls of the room dirty and damaged, foul odors coming from the outside (the window of room given on the parking lot where there was a large dumpster) the restaurant was closed and the icing on the cake the jaccuzi was not functioning. For my part 150 euros is the flight that is :)

We spent a weekend getaway at the Grand Hotel, everything has been appreciated, hospitality, the comfort of the rooms, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The SPA is very nice after a good walk.

Hello have sojourned this weekend at the grand hotel, room 223 not too top, stain, moisture in the ceiling and walls cracked, not terrible gourmet dinner service in quantity and long wait, by contrast impec with open buffet breakfast, as well as the swimming pool sauna are at the top, we will return to try again.
