How is that possible? It is 21:52 we arrived at 20:10. Still nothing in front of us. I want to understand that we are a table of 7 people and that it is difficult to manage. But if the service can't provide, let them warn us and we'll eat somewhere else. Soon two hours of waiting. It's unheard of.

We can only judge the restaurant part, having not experienced the hotel part. Punctual and regular quality events: see on the website "dates to come and to remember". Very satisfied with the quality of the meat and cooking for the evening "beef tab at will". To-Morrow and definitely redo for who loves red meat. We also ate well at the "shock and shock" buffet evening for mother's day. Availability at the request of a baby highchair. Nice setting and possibility to eat indoors/outdoors/veranda. A maturing cellar gives a glimpse of quality meat, to try occasionally.

Excellent and beautiful table either in the veranda when in the forest, or outdoors wooded. Beautiful map varied in fish and meat.
An extraordinary choice of wines, certainly one of the busiest in the region. Wines served at the table of course or can be carried nicely packed.
Courteous, smiling, and very professional service.
Restaurant to recommend. As this is not a bistro, the prices are related to the place but without excess.

Too much salt in the dishes like all the restorations even if it is said not to resalė the dishes, just the fake filet well and the fries without salt brothel… We are very disappointed with the pike perch fish surrounded by slice of lard breukkk and its accompaniment of inedible vegetables too much salt kills the taste… We left without desert and coffee.

We ate the cordon bleu gargantuan… A little disappointed of the size equivalent to any blue cordon in restaurant. The taste was very good and the mushroom sauce was perfect.

Very good food overall, I just lack a little effort on dessert and everything will be on the same level.

The evening of new year without animation meal very good but too rich, impossible to finish the 7-course, damage to the meat excellent, which has remained in many of the plates lack of endurance, menu, poorly prepared …

Food is very good. Accommodation adequate.

High quality Restaurant in a typical and cosy setting. The staff is available and friendly.
The dishes are concocted by a renowned chef who revives the puck and the eyes on the aesthetic side.
The portions are generous, we spring sated and delighted.
The prices shown on the map are up to the quality of the kitchen but the prices of the formula of the day remain affordable.
I highly recommend.

Am quite mixed… The property all relies on the restaurant. Beautiful setting and good table of the moment … For wine lovers. If you're local, it's a good restaurant. Welcoming and professional, the team is caring with the customers. On the other hand, I was quite disappointed with the room. Door that closes badly, housed on the ground floor, it was important not to forget to close the double curtains … Heating difficult to adjust. A little dated, SD shower with leak, unrolling toilet papers blocked… Disappointed by the bedding. I'm not sure if i'm going back.

Very friendly, great service and warm and the dishes are simple, classic but tasty and very well served. An excellent restaurant where one feels good!

Whenever I'm on duty in Haguenau, I try to get off at the restaurant Les pins.
The Les Pins is simply unique. The breakfast is really good and plentiful and you actually get everything you want. The music at breakfast does the rest and brings me a good mood.
A real highlight is the cuisine and the wines of the restaurant. It would be beyond the scope to list everything here. You can really recommend everything.
If you like, you can end the evening with a cigar at the oven. Perfect!

Superb experience, maybe a small wait but this is compensated by the quality of service, and it must be said that the restaurant is the victim of its success.

Nice place, very reasonably priced.

We didn’t book we just turned up and they had a double room available. Good location not too far off of the motorway. The room was cute and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine — a little dated and the hot water took a long time to come through. The restaurant was very nice and warming. The foood was very good. I had the tournedos with mushroom ravioli and my husband had the mature dry aged ribeye off the bone. The waiter brings the joint to the table and you choose what you want — the price is per 100g with a minimum order of 200g. The wine list… this is a genius idea: the price of the wine is the price the supplier sells it to the restaurant. The restaurant then charges a 15€ corkage charge for you to drink it with your meal but if you like it and want to buy more to take with you you only pay the cost of the wine. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach the end room (conservatory) where we had more space to do some work but it was fine elsewhere. Breakfast is 12€ per person. Not overly cheap but all the hams/cheeses/breads were fresh. We would stay there again ;-)

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and cosy. Please have diner in the own restaurant. Really typical local dishes and very good. Also very friendly stuff. The winelist is amazing huge and offer all the best from France. Hope to be there soon again. Thanks!

We ate at the restaurant for our christmas meal service. Good reception and meal really well.

Hotel impeccable high quality restaurant, hearty breakfast, very nice staff and advises us for the Wines. Staff smiling good value for Money. Very quiet hotel for a second always very satisfied. We will return as soon as we can.

Extremely pleased with my stay.
Welcome, staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Addition dishes prepared, cooked and presented with taste, I appreciated their sauerkraut and their menus step. Do not miss the cheese, extraordinary, about 60 origins Board proposed… the top. Every meal in addition to them have appreciated, I came away satisfied with eating well, it's not all like that. I recommend viviement.

Mind shopping draw. Does not indicate the presence of a personal animal. Called to cancel for cause allergy but denied the call all this because he would have to do it by the official site however we does you not on the phone. It expected the day of the reservation to call you and tell you so "you don't come? " Like this we pay the total bill very cost-effective way to make the sales! It's small, knowing it is a business trip and it was me who have to pay the Bill for 2 rooms and more. Not very good any possible negotiations so I invite my colleagues to forget this place bad we're a large group. I don't thank you Madame and Monsieur leaders.

Stayed here one night as a part of a self-guided bike tour. Totally unfriendly reception. They didn't make the connection that we were with the bike trip (despite already having our luggage put into one of the hotel rooms) and showed us rooms that looked like they hadn't been updated since the 60s. When they finally realized that we were with the bike trip, I had to ask them to show me the hotel room where they had put the luggage. It was bizzare. The room was run-down: doors missing handles; cracks in the wall; stains on the sheets. The whole hotel had a very horror-film "Bates Motel" feel to it. The lobby has a huge parrot cage that looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. Also, there was a large dog (literally 3 feet high) roaming the hallway and coming into people's rooms. There was no AC and they claimed to have no fans. Not very helpful or nice. Finally, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the nearest supermarket is 20 minute walk away.

The food is great and the boss is nice with nice people;).

Staff and nice boss but boss not polite for a penny.
