Reviews of Hotel Parc Les Cigognes
The hotel is abandoned and likely operating without permits and a health hazard. The SPA building was abandoned years ago, and the building is empty and in decay. The pool area is abandoned (see pictures), and the pool is rainwatered stored in a concrete tub covered by mosquitoes, no pump functioning, not treated, and a health hazard. The room was a horror show. TV was unusable and set up in Turkish, the fridge was damaged and not cleaned for years, couch is falling apart while the toilet is already fallen apart. When I spoke to the front desk and showed him the pictures the man got belligerant and threatened me along with covering me with insults and throwing objects around like a madman. We will take our complai ts and proofs to the local authorities and will try with Booking to stop this fraudulent business from advertising as a hotel with Spa and Pool.
The place does not deserve the name hotel or even Spa. The best is the reception and after it gets worst. The bungalows are from the 60s or 70s. The were "renovated" once but very very bad. The joints between the tiles are very bad made, the painting of the doors etc as well. The ventilation in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling and of course not working.
We wanted to swim in the pool and a lady yelled at us to get out because the pump is not working and someone will come tomorrow to repair it … no-one came. And the papers around the pool said that it should have been repaired 2 weeks ago.
The price is definitely not justifiable for what you get. It maybe was once a nice place, but at least 40 years ago.

One of the worst hotel in my life when I am coming for stagiare in hotel no fixed working hours, continuously working like a animals 12 to 14 hours in kitchen, they hire only moroccon people, tunisian and madagascar peoples because they know well french peoples don't work more than 8 hours they hire cheap peoples from poor country, not professional staffs specially in FNB service, no cleanliness, everywhere flies fly. In the kitchen no work with hygiene when the chefs roast the chicken or beef or lamb smell and taste was so worst and sometimes raw, in kitchen lots of flies and sometimes flies fall on food. Location was so remote everything was so far. If anybody come to stagiare in these hotel think and do some research. And the hotel is full of debt and no one can come into the hotel because no food is hygiene, everywhere dirty and the running out of guests. If they hire you as a stagiare don't come into these hotel because they don't follow french labour law.
