The dinner was very good, the perfection for the foie gras and wine matching perfectly and the pear dessert very well to finish on a touch of lightness.

Beautiful view on the terrace at breakfast with the early morning sun. Refined evening meal. A beautiful castle room. And above all a lot of calm at night. A little too many people to enjoy the pools, sauna and hot tub especially on such a beautiful weekend.

Nice rooms and surroundings. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was too expensive for what we got. Very disappointed but the hotel is nice.

We had a great stay, very good food, hospitality and service perfect. Very good bedding, room with large terrace and views of the city of rouffach. Special diet gluten-free for me, flawless in the kitchen and in the dining room. In short, I recommend, without hesiter.

We stopped to "taste. " No one took care of us so after 25 minutes of waiting we just left.
We regularly stay in 4 — and 5-star hotels and I admit that this experience was unprecedented.
I hope residents are not treated that way.

Well preserved and appointed buildings take advantage of the magnificent location. The indoor pool and full spa facilities were an unexpected delight! Luxurious in every way, with attentive, well trained staff. The restaurant offers the full French gastronomic experience with an innovative menu. Excellent!

Right in the middle of the vineyards. Very pretty. Room spacious but with a slightly outdated décor.

Excellent location with good food, but limited choices if you stay for several days. Good service, but slow internet.

A real chateau, they took care of all the small things. Excellent place with kids, they give attentions to their needs. We had an excellent time and would come again for sure. We stayed in Room 14, it is like in a palace.

Very nice site. Very good reception. The rooms are very small. View on vineyards for some. Swimming pools int and ext, sauna, jacuzzi. High-end Restaurant, fine dining. Ten minutes from Colmar.

Fantastic experience at Chateau d'Isenbourg. The staff is extremely helpful and the room very comfortable. Food is excellent and special care was provided to our 2 years old daughter.

To avoid, despite the superb location & the excellent restoration (80 €/person for a Discovery menu! ), some rooms — presumably those available on booking — are not in the castle. The room 37 For example is from the Ibis level… But double billed!

Romantic weekend with the beloved.

My partner and I have tested the relaxation formula at the spa, free access care and fruit cocktail. A treat! A day out of time… The place is sumptuous is the warm welcome. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel is within beautiful settings and the village of Rouffach is a charming corner of the Alsace region. Pros: good price vs quality ratio, nice spacious rooms, excellent cellar restaurant and wine collection. Friendly and helpful service (though not all staff seems to make the extra effort). In general a very positive experience. Cons: for those like us that traveled there during the winter, a much bigger effort should be made to refurbish the spa facilities, improving atmosphere and upgrading what seems to be a very dated decor. This is even more noticeable during the winter as outdoor excursions are limited. Paolo.

A day at the spa with a massage. Very good Californian massage. The hammam and sauna are both very (too? ) hot, but far from being unpleasant to me.

Supurb location! Exellent views, especially room with private serre and terras. The food is not worth the price, buy fresh bread from the bakery and go to one of Frances most beautiful village (s) for dinner.

The setting is really beautiful. The country We went for a wedding, very nice place.

The room was very clean, we were 2 adults and 2 children, so it would be may be good to add a door coat behind the door of the bathroom to dry the robes, the tissue box was empty! j enjoyed the attention of the chocolates and l announcement of weather. Excellent dinner the fantastic restaurant team, however less appreciated the coldness of the Lady at the desk that d also didn't recognize us 3 h after we asked him where was the restaurant
Shame also to the little chairs at the pool because when you get to 6 and as it there is more room you have to swim for a long time or you stand.

We could spend a Weekend extended Easter in a fantastic setting. The mood State at the height of the Castle, the dinner of very high quality and the service up to 5 stars. A big thank you to all the team!

The big downside is the dated of the rooms of the flag (but in good condition). The service is worth the 5 stars, that is to say perfect. Very nice setting, jacuzzi with views over the vineyards. As for the restaurant, once again, the service is perfect and the dishes also. Special mention to the pastry chef and his sweets!

Good home — small room compared occupied last year. Cramped bathroom with a little dated equipment deserves a refreshment — Valentine dinner delivery it was perfect both at the level of the meal service.

I spent one night at this Hotel I found by chance by pulling to a stop in Rouffach during a long business trip but would stay with the family for a weekend getaway: Nice, nice rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, … pity that I got to try the pool, SPA, etc.

Very nice the staff is professional, friendly and very seriously. Restaurant worthy of a star without star. Service certainly has merit height a star compared to some star. Care of well being executed by true professional we are pleased my wife and me. I would recommend this place to pass a pleasant stay again thank you to all.

Overall good stay — The hotel sits on top of a small hill, a great location, and the views from the balcony of the bar are gorgeous. Our room was old fashioned, but in a quite charming way, they have used old drapes and furniture, but all very stylish. You can rent bikes for free and the hotel is not far from Colmar (15 minutes by car, max). However, we felt we grossly overpaid, and not only for the room. The spa is disappointing. If you have a small kid that would like to play in the water for a bit, it works fine, but the indoor pool area is worn and it feels not clean, humid and the windows are dirty (otherwise the views with the wine yards outside would be stunning). The same is true for other aspects of the hotel, it feels a bit dated i. E. The shower is old etc. Still, given the location and the decoration, we would have given it a star more, if the price was not so outrageously over the top. Apart from the room, the espresso was more than double the price in other prices as was the wine (we paid less in Michelin Restaurants nearby).

Chateau D'isenbourg is one of the most beautiful Hotels in Europe. Who really wants to get out of the everyday is right here. Professional staff, delicious food, unique atmosphere.

Amazing view and location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and were able to converse well in English. We stayed in the Chateau itself which was older which was to be expected but it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant had amazing views and great food and drinks from the local area. Overall a fantastic experience.

This Hotel is not recommended. The us offered room, we could not, because it is related musty smell. The replacement room was okay, but the price is too high. Yes, it is an ancient and architecturally interesting building. The view is nice, but also noisy due to the proximity to the main road. The Hotel is also unkempt. Running from the Sauna, with moldy grout and rotten wood up in the room. Everywhere the paint flakes or rust it.

The location is very nice and the rooms are appealing. Unfortunately, it has occasions always a lot of hype and Special interfere with a day to Second something. (2007)
