We had a great gastronomic time at the winstub! To test without hesitation!

Great menu for the weekend of 14/15 Nov 2020 to take away.
Despite the containment you can have fun with very good dishes to enjoy at home.
Everything was perfectly prepared, the packaging super convenient, everything is well suited to serve the dishes ideally and at the right temperature.
I totally recommend this formula.
Support our good restaurants and continue to taste the pleasures of good food.

We had a great time there! Welcome and service warm, very professional and attentive.
The cuisine is refined and the products come directly from the garden of the restaurant.
The wines from the Maetz estate are excellent.

Side winstub : online booking with online menu. Everything looks perfect, but it is not possible to rely on because the on-line map does not correspond to that of the restaurant offered lunch. It is once arrived there it tells you that the card is not offered at noon. Despite an e-mail sent to ask them to add this precision, the direction does not seem to take account of the opinions of the customers. A shame because the food is up to par.

Small inattentions of service, a missed dish, tasty dessert but which deserved to be highlighted by a hint of acidity.

Warm welcome, pleasant setting, quality cuisine in relation to reasonable price. Establishment to recommend.

Superb gastro restaurant with local dishes. Sublime wines sufficient quantity… A treat.

Nice beautiful setting to relax. Well decorated breakfast room. Large and varied breakfast with local and fresh products. Pets allowed. Parking spaces nearby. Rooms certainly small but very cosi.

The star is only for the frame. The service of an endless slowness… and the plate without interest… totally disappointed…

Good without being exceptional.
Side Winstub, Service a little disappointing: we asked for a diet without lactose, we received an appetizer with fresh cheese and a dessert with ice cream. We asked a question about the wine, the young waiter told us that he did not know and that the day he will be studying sommelier he may be able to answer us… (rather than say it will inquire…)

Gourmet side: Dish called "runny egg" I received an egg molled… too bad.

A marvellous New Year weekend with good friends and fine cuisine.

Nice Hotel not making from a big chain (finally) I advice for a little stay in love and go through the restaurant.

For our 13 years of marriage, we are offered a gourmet meal… Superb.

Room very well for a business trip. Small terrace and large bathroom for one person. Meal of the day in the brasserie very good with affordable prices. Available from the fast track and pleasant. Only downside the noise of the fast lane, a low acoustic insulation.

Place very nice, quiet. The meals are excellent. The staff is very nice.

I loved the "S Sylvaner", a Sylvaner late harvest! Very fine aperitif or dessert.

Waiting very long. Meal good but not amazing. Blah blah blah…

We stopped at the Hostellerie Du Rosenmeer for a drink outside. Service was impeccable, as always.

The room is very good, however I find that the meal of the Wintub is not worthy of a Wintub
Too small map and not Wintub dishes, potatoes were soft and reheated several times and so really not good
Not means eating a nice plate of charcuterie with good roasted potatoes
Clearly that's not the same Cook who makes dining
There is the gastro and the rest IE the Wintub
I was at home Saturday, 23, with the Ferrari family.

Very good reception, hotel well kept, very quiet, good location, staff. Clients who reviews negative, n positions have not the same institution go. Kind regards.

We received an invitation the stars of ALSACE WINSTUB.
The front desk was friendly, the table we were proposed was in a small room where we were alone. Cold enough atmosphere, fortunately that the quality, the flavor of dishes and wines a little warmed the atmosphere, but after dessert was the desert, we feel upset, for the 2 waitresses we were invisible, they passed, then, had to release us? My wife had the obligation to move so that they serve as cafes! Ah good cafes! well Yes! they were planned.
The invitations would they not be appreciated?
We left without anyone noticing.
Too bad, the meal was excellent, new flavours have thrilled us, but I think it won't.

Never I have discovered such tastes and yet I actually stars (white George menu gr20' the Tower of money. ) Ducasse and aautres) but it's ' only restaurant or I discovered tastes and flavors. More ' the wine is super (chassagne montrachet white. Pacherenc. Fantastic.

Winstub nice and well located.

Either the restaurant or the winstub of the gastro traditional just choose. What happiness. The only note, for my taste, is a strong light in the winstub.
