Hotel very good, nice, well located, clean, pool very good too. Very welcoming staff, reception and bar.
Too bad it's ruined by someone on duty at the restaurant!
Very limited in the way you express yourself. An example:
. We: are there any wineries to visit in the area? What is the wine speciality?
. The waitress: why would you ask me this, it's a test!?!
And this was just one example, with an incomprehensible attitude of service, fortunately the dishes must be solid!
But thank you to his colleague who served us very well at the bar after the meal.

Flat for the pool that deserves a little refreshment.
Breakfast, a little disappointed for 15 euros per person in normal times.
Dry room hair a disaster on the other hand, with long hair there is for 2 hours. It doesn't blow!

Despite this, for the price paid, you can't quibble! We'll come back to recharge your home for sure.

Ideal places to discover the Strasbourg region. Easy access to Vosges, Strasbourg, Colmar and Germany.
The hotel staff is attentive and caring.

I have been there in past in 1990. At that time it was a small and beautiful hotle.

Very good hotel and restaurant, although a bit expensive, does not do discounts for hotel guests on catering. Covered pool a little small, well equipped room and decent size, comfortable bedding.

Renovations on going when we were there which were disruptive but otherwise a lovely spot.

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel. To ask how it is that they have stars. Services are not up to par.
Cold pool. Some machines were missing in the fitness area, bad organization.
Two days without Wi-Fi, therefore impossible to adjust to the delivery of the keys. The amount taken by the hotel was slightly higher than the invoice. Certainly a trivial difference, but this is still unacceptable.

Perfect! Quiet, relaxing assured, very good breakfast. Thank you.

Great weekend in love! Very professional staff. The awesome boss;) The beautiful rooms, the facilities well be at the top! just a flat hair dryer in the rooms it's high time to change them no breath. But of course I recommend this hotel.

Stay very nice! Our room was clean and smelled good. We were able to enjoy the Spa with its swimming pool, its hammam and sauna. The restaurant is also enjoyable and there excellent cuisine. Only downside it is cool! Regarding the breakfast, we loved it! Very rich and varied! But again, a few more degrees would have been welcome!

I spent 2 days really nice during a stay organised by my company. The staff is professional and nice, the rooms are clean, well-equipped and well-appointed. Only downside of the rooms: the quality of the bed, a little stiff, but it probably will appeal more to others. The setting is very conducive to relaxation for a hotel in the city, it is surrounded by greenery. We, unfortunately, had not had the opportunity to enjoy the spa.

Server in the restaurant friendly and welcome drink offered. Good menu. Just lack of explanation on the dishes during the service and of doors jackets. Very well!

A place that I frequent for years. Very beautiful rooms. Breakfast very rich, sweet, savory, there's something for all tastes. Very nice staff.

The rooms and the king size bed (180x200) its comfortable. Large TV in the rooms. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is hearty. I do not put 5 stars because in the room or we were the toilet was wobbly (loose). There is a SPA and swimming pool in the hotel.

Very warm and professional. The standard rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff is listening and ready to respond to the requests of the customer. Located in the city, the hotel Diana is ideal for a weekend for two in the region of molsheim (road of the wines and local heritage). The restaurant offers a nice wine list and tasty dishes. This visit comes to confirm the positive experience reported by loved ones.

Beautiful rooms, cool pool, attentive staff, great event — and meeting rooms, very nice, quiet yet central location, three electric charging stations at the hotel, free parking and delicious food as well as a fantastic breakfast! With the inclusion in the HappyCulture Collection, even more lifestyle is coming into the house :-)!

This is the 6th time we come here as a couple or as a family. Always a pleasure to come, this time on our arrival a nice surprise awaited us. Thank you to the whole team of the hotel. Rooms really very clean and nice, high-end catering at very affordable prices. We will return again without hesitation.

At the time of our arrival the women of the household were slagging each other off in the hallway access to our room and our presence has not calmed down. (unworthy of a ☆☆☆☆) In the room lighting failing in the lobby, where is located the closet and location for the suitcases. (very annoying to find stuff in the dark) more problem of the lock practically impossible to lock, even the staff couldn't because the door was never closed but simply thrust which is not reassuring. Breakfast varied, but it still lacks something (butter, jam for jam, croissants, cups …) It is a shame but these negative points degrade the idea that I had of this type of establishment.

Great room and perfect with a good bedding. Very good reception, receptionist, professional and very pleasant. The kitchen staff and the receptionists are very friendly. The food is good and the breakfast perfect. I'll go again.

Please note that the hotel restaurant offers a fine card, but the drawback is the refusal of cheques restaurant.

We took advantage of a BONGO to find this hotel. The room was modern and comfortable (there was a TV, a bar, an iPod station) we even received a bottle of wine with our offer. Space wellness is not bad (would lack a bath bubbles), bathrobes and towels are provided, and fitness facilities are all equipped with individual TV and an iPod dock! Only drawback in our room, we were right next to the elevator and we heard a lot of noise. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Also, we had a meal in the restaurant. It was good and the service was impeccable. Nothing to complain about.
