Warm welcome, beautiful and very clean room, hotel full of charm, succulent restaurant dishes… I love it!

Yes, the location in the vicinity of the tourist highlights of Alsace is seductive.
Don't fall for the hotel offer!
The service was set up and superficial. Overall, the stay in the so-called Romantik Hotel with four stars was quite a failure. The room had the dimension of a storage room, the restaurant is a disaster and overpriced, the service there is excruciatingly overwhelmed. The whole hotel is bursting with plush, overloaded devotonalia of the past and seems to have stopped somewhere in the Gelsenkirchen Baroque. PS Parking was told to me right at the reception, you should rather somewhere outside, would be cheaper & you could not offer a parking space for larger cars. Several winding stairs to the room became the first serious challenge for me with luggage. Oh, the list could be endless — but I'll make it short now — skip it!

Superb table, a beautiful food and wine pairing of beautiful culinary creations. I recommend.

Really, I had the chance to sing in this hotel for the new year 2020 and I thank all the team waiters, waitresses the boss and of course the boss for their sympathy thank you very much Fernando.

Fantastic. Great rooms, super staff and very very good food, even for vegetarians, which is not easy in France.

For the restaurant part: Perfect dinner, quality of the dishes and products served as quality and friendliness of the service.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and nicely appointed rooms. The staff are nice and speak in different languages.

The Marechal is a very scenic, romantic 4* hotel right next to the "Little Venice" of Colmar. The rooms are cozy, service is fantastic and so is the food in the adjacent restaurant. Absolutely worth the stay, although in need of some renovation. However there was some overhaul going on, while we were there so that may have happened in the meantime? We enjoyed our time there a lot, either way.

The people are very nice and the city of Colmar is just so beautiful. The hotel is also extremely well placed in the centrum you just have to get out and is already in town.
(The beds are not very pleasant)

The hotel is on the whole OK! Romantic but very old. The room (The suite) was dirty above all the whirlpool. Very ecklig. We complained and wanted another room which unfortunately was not possible. Also no discount. The morning meal was great and the staff very friendly.

Delightful rustic chic hotel in Colmar style — half timbered and with its back porch on the little Lauch in Petite Venise. High quality and friendly service, superb breakfast of local foods and well appointed rooms. It is small in scale, so none of the Vegas features, but is comfortable, central and very enjoyable.

Great location in Little Venice, excellent service and breakfast. Nothing to complain about, really, and for a fairly affordable price.

Room was small, but had a nice view. Private parking was a little inconvenient and very tight, but we made it work. Restaurant was delightful and best part of our stay.

Romantic Hotel right in the historical center of Colmar. Excellent high class restaurant with very friendly and professional service. Parking close to the hotel can be difficult but in the surrounding can be found.

What I take away from this restaurant besides that we eat very well is the professionalism of the servers. "" A lot of attention for the customer who feels somewhere as a 'VIP'. ;-).

Most beautiful location on the picture-book-like River. Nice rooms, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, PP in front of the hotel in old town (petite Venice).

Rooms tastefully decorated, but maybe not for everyone's taste, there very well (we liked it).
The materials are not perhaps just four star standard (toilet lid, shampoo, accessories, water pressure in the shower, etc. ). Doesn't matter, but maybe we expected somebody high standard.

A House must both for his wonderful Hotel for its restaurant gourmet. Magical, enchanting places has discovered or revisited absolutely.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most charming and photogenic town I've ever seen. We were very impressed. Our room was beautifully decorated and while it wasn't the most comfortable (double sized bed for two is difficult for us) and the bathroom was awkward (had to sit down in tub to shower). (I'm sure other rooms are different. ) But none of this mattered to either one of us as there was so many fantastic positive aspects to this hotel. (And quite honestly, these are the usual complaints for a very old hotel — if you want the Marriott don't stay here. ) But if you want to feel that you are in a different world — this is your city and your hotel. From the time we checked in to the time we left: we felt as though we were in a very special place and we LOVED it. My husband and I both enjoyed the decor of the entire hotel but I especially enjoyed the decor in the breakfast room. (breakfast was pretty good albeit expensive (not included in our room rate). Still, we didn't care because it was worth it to sit in this beatiful room near the window eating breakfast and drinking coffee. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful; often going out of their way to help us make the best of our stay. Don't miss the Art Museum (excellent) and the canal boat ride (great photo's). I look forward to returning to this hotel someday. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the hotel and with the town of Colmar. Fantastic.

Beautiful location, traditional rooms, worth a visit. Disappointed by the restaurant. Caught seemingly bad evening. Service a few attentive, food was only lukewarm, cold. Note Hautpgericht was not calculated. Financially o. K. The beautiful evening was still beschäditgt.

Fantastically located, with views of the old town of Colmar can work even in itself.
Professionally, I need an Internet connection. The promised Wi-Fi connection worked only in the public sector, not in the room.

The quality of the restaurant is based on the performance of kitchen. Not the service. At prices of between 80-€100 per guest, one should have expected that each course is served more or less at the same time. Our daughter had already eaten your first gear as our appetizers were served.
The cheese plate came directly from the refrigerator.
So, you can make basic quality unfortunately broken by poor service and monologues miserable efficiency.
My farewell beer on the last evening I was waiting for the first 20 minutes, then was put off by the patron, it would, after another 10 minutes by a quite insolent fellow left left to be.
It's a pity really.
