Convenient for location. Breakfast does not live up to the other hotels in the chain. Near the bus stop to downtown. (Frequency every 40 minutes)

Quiet place, small room with strong smell of smoke.

Salad cesear cloying, chicken imangeable. Despite the note no gestures. Run away!

Impeccably well located and placed… PK not 5 stars…? … a little dated… and we can always do better… bedding to change… otherwise good reception… and discretion of the staff of the institution to note. Go ahead…

Very good reception. We return regularly for his formula "buffet at will" always renewed which allows to eat well without ruin and without spending too much time. Ideal for a step break!

Frankly very disappointing. We went to the Christmas markets. The room at almost 100 euros when it is really for the most. We arrived, we wondered if the cleaning had been done. Large spider webs in the corners of the bathroom. The ventilation grate was on the ground allowing a rat death box to appear in the casing. The tiled baseboards are just laid against the wall so it falls every time you close the door. The hotel offers you a hot water bottle with tea and soluble coffee, when you wanted to know how to serve it had the joy of opening it to discover a smell of soup and some pasta of pasted in. In short I stop the… flee this hotel. Personally we will never return. The staff seemed nonetheless pleasant, it must be confessed.

Well for a one night stop. No hair dryer in the room, you have to ask the reception which lends it, small but clean room.

Dear Campanile Hotel, Thank you for being rude, ignoring and most of all a scam! As I booked a room with the note that I would arrive late (and YOU told me it would be fine) you charged my credit card AND I paid for a new room! When I complained at the reception the next day they just told me I did something wrong. I did nothing wrong, I phoned as explained, but the telephone did not respond! The receptionist told me the director would contact me, but is stead he ignores my e-mails! I DEMAND A REFUND! I never go back to Campanile! Thank you for the last 8 years of no service. And I will spread the word for you and gladly tell some of my friends. In total we are good for approximately 1200 beds a year, and I kindly ask my friends to consider IBIS or another hotel instead. I know I will. You are welcome.

Located in an ugly strip mall area. Looks worse on outside then it really is. Decent for 50 euro. Free parking, internet works. Somewhat far from historic Colmar for how small colmar is. I would skip colmar alltogether and visit ribeauville or strassbourgh — it's overrated and a tourist trap.

Be careful when you go to breakfast in the morning we were flying 140euros between 8:30 and 9:30 in room Sunday May 15 the owner n not wanted give us the group address there as the Manager of the day and cleaning women who have c his keys to see who was present Manager so far has not moved it na was not has the height, however the next day tells us saw the Assistant Director who we we thank she so careful.

Used a few years going to this chain hotel, I went in the Colmar Campanile and while I had a good picture of these hotels then I fell from top, I asked for a room suitable for wheel chairs and I had an aging and inadequate room to a wheelchair.
Regarding services, we find a nickname Manager who once spend adequate time refuses to sell a bottle of water for the night, prices for excessive buffets and drinks. In short I will choose another string of hotel next time.

We were surprised at the dilapidated facilities that would need to be updated to the level of hospitality and external closures (difficult component to close open including).
Proper home as well as catering for a hotel of this type.
