Good breakfasts, a cozy sauna with a pool.

At a very nice location downtown Lappeenranta. Some rooms are good and some are older.

Very basic hotel. No proper shampoo or hair conditioner. Room cleaning is very basic since they do not clean the toiler, shower, and floors. Even they did empty the trashes from the shower.

Nice gym, swimming pool and sauna, great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nice spa. The summer should be even better as fishing and all that)

The hotel is located in the center of Lappeenranta, quite cozy, polite staff, with access to the shopping center, very convenient!

Overall a nice enough experience. Location is good and the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel is divided in 2 parts and it's easy to get lost. Newer part has very nice rooms. The hotel is connected to a shopping centre, with restaurantants, grocery stores, pharmacy and fashion shops. Hotel has a nice sauna, separate for men and women, and a good swimming pool. Parking is located below the hotel, but it's a bit tight for normal cars. There is more parking spaces a bit further away.

Everything here is nice and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Parking 8 euros per night ( (although, if the room is 152 euros, the parking is a trifle) ) ) stayed when there were 50% discount. Then the price-quality ratio is chic!

The hotel is good for 1-2 nights.

Good location near shopping center. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast in form of open buffet, quality normal. The hotel has very interesting benefit card offer — S-Card. With it you can collect points for each day spent in hotel and exchange them for 12€ discount in dozen of restaurants or — with enough points acquired — free night in hotel. The parking place could be bigger, sometimes it was difficult to find free spot.

Sept 16-17. Amazing. Perfect. Excellent family room, great sauna and pool. Made us feel fabulous. Thanks so much @originalsokoshotellappee!

It is so Sokos hotel :) Good location, rooms have simple comfortable design, good breakfast with plenty of food options. On Sunday it's better to come for breakfast before 8.30 a. M. — after this time it becomes very crowdy.

The four stars in the Masters are clearly cop. And breakfast, room and service, three stars. For 9500 and EUR 10 for the parking lot, expecting more. P. S. Wi-Fi is fast.

Decor is old-fashioned and hallways are too long and maze-y. However, the room ia nice and service is excellent, especially Allu, who is the bartender at the Soul Piano and Bar bar. Also sauna and the pool with the gym is a welcome bonus.

Big hotel to stay, rooms looks ok. Not that good. but their breakfast is very good.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very good. The most Sokos hotels have a much better level.

Nice hotel near city center. They have option to get a room from new wing or the old one. Old one is directly above reception and the new wing requires almost 5min walk through the hotel. So if you have habit of smoking often or want to do just quick visits at hotel room I would suggest getting a room from the old side of hotel.

Very tasty Breakfast, a huge selection for every taste. Great pool and sauna. Well located, convenient for those who came to shop.

So… without fanaticism hotel. Not bad, but a bit old.
