Dear Mr. Rosenberg, you gave us a squalid room. Isn't a simple housekeeping problem but it was a precise choice, not an improvable error. You gave us a pigsty and then you considered us pigs or at least your wife who seems to be in charge. Is a problem of professionalism: you must love work and respect customers. The choice is reflected in your wife's intolerant behavior: it was clear from the first moment that he did not like our presence. Mr. Rosenberg you have a duty to check the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and to limit your wife behavior. To "provide a unique experience in a historical and authentic villa" you have to sell your hotel and move to Costa Brava. Regards!

At check-in — always with the same dislike — we were told that breakfast would not have been possible before 8.30 because there would have been a group. Before arriving we had also asked to make a reservation for a restaurant but we were not given any answers. Entered in the room we were shocked by the small size, the dust of years and the second-hand furniture. Dirty encrusted in the shower, long hair everywhere, inches of dust on the chandelier. In the morning, during breakfast, the owners smiles, but the desire to smile has passed. Also because we realized that breakfast is for little groups — because the room is insufficient and the chaos is total. It is a B&B and not a hotel. Services are missing as well as quality. The disappointment was enormous. Such a bad management for a structure of this level is not acceptable.

Very cute traditional Finnish hotel. Spacious rooms, bathrooms are a bit basic. Wi-Fi is poor but who needs it in such a lovely relaxing location.
