Excellent location, near jumbo mall, 10 minutes walk, The courteous staff and exciting breakfast and Sauna from 5pm to midnight very relaxing experience, absolutely Finnish.

Free shuttle bus to/from airport. Comfy beds, quiet rooms. Orienteering and other sport on TV in lounge and rooms. Good dinner and very wide breakfast selection starting at 5am. Perfect for a stay the night before an early morning flight.

Room was good with tea and coffee. Air conditioning worked but was a bit on the noisier side. Check in and out was easy. Not very easy to get to Helsinki centre from and there is no cash machine on the premises, so have to walk to the mall 10 minutes away. Overall good stay.

We were comped accommodation here by Finnair after missing a flight connection. Glad we did not have to pay for it. For about 100 euros one gets a poky cramped room, looking a little tired, air-conditioning not up to the job, and a small but functional bathroom. Tea and coffee makings, and a TV. Left too early to try the breakfast included in room price. Nice view of the carpark from room. Close to airport, 5 mins on free shuttle bus. Restaurant competent but uninspiring.

It's great. Near the airport. Free shuttle back and forth. Very convenient.

In addition to cleanliness and accuracy, very responsive staff — at first very quickly answered the call to clarify the location of the stop of a special bus near the airport, then in the lobby behind the counter we were heartily met by the night manager Cyril, while very much smoothly and quickly settled — thank you! :)

Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is very tasty. I was here on a business trip and for this kind of purpose I can recommend this place. Worth to stay here.

Is horrible! I don’t like it, I have not even place where charge my phone that is ridiculous. Plus we have voucher to eat st holiday inn they have most of the food cover like was buffet when we have not more I’m one choice.

We stayed here on our last night in Helsinki as we had an early flight the next day. Brilliant free shuttle service to and from the airport, that caters perfectly for such early departures. Rooms clean and functional, great food and service in the restaurant. Prices not over the top for Finland.

Easy to acess (free air-port shuttle bus), green location, tasty food offering & comfortable public space. A bit of global influence lacking place identity accents. Comfortable for Nordic-Baltic day meetings.

It is just a standard Holiday inn that is very close to the airport (10 minutes using the hotel shuttle). The shuttle departs every 30 minutes and it stops in front of the main hotel door. The breakfast is ok and they have two separated saunas (1 for men and 1 for women)

Nice Hotel. Close to the Airport and easy reachable via a free shuttle bus. Great breakfast. The rooms need maybe a make up, but neverless, it is clean and nice.

After a 24h delay in my flight itinerary Finnair gave me a room here for the night. Hotel and rooms are nice, comfortable and warm with — 15C outside.
HOWEVER the "25€ buffet dinner" was abysmal (reheated chicken, some dry salad and even drier white rice) and they tried convincing me it was great. Asked if I could get an equivalent-priced menu item, but I was told I would have to pay for it and then ask for reimbursement, which obviously I wouldn't get. I don't know if it's the hotel's or the airline's fault, but this is an abuse and a deliberate twisting of passenger's rights. If the food was worth more than 10-12€ I'd eat my hat —
someone's putting a lot of declared money into their bag.

We stayed there for one night at the expense of Finnair after our flight was gacancelt.
Very nice, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, room small but clean, tidy and adequately equipped. Unfortunately there was only a very narrow bed which was the already short night even very cramped.

Paying €154 for a €100 worthy room, don't care what time of the week, its robbery. Not worth the money. Don't mind to pay if it was more spacious.

Had to stay for a night due to a delayed flight. Hotel has very simple but comfy rooms. The best part is staff and the restaurant. AMAZING breakfast, make sure you have enough time to try it all. And bring a second stomach :)

Functional hotel No charm restaurant limit Canteen.

Our recent visit to this hotel rates as one of the Top 5 all time best stays. Nice hotel, very nice staff and a chef who made us feel so special — as vegans we are often disappointed by the in-house restaurant offerings on the menu. And while there were as usual not much designed for vegans, the chef and his team were so so accommodating. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Very close to the airport with bus.

The Holiday Inn is located near the airport and is therefore ideal if you arrive by plane. From here you can easily reach the highway and the most places in the south of Finland are easily accessible. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Here you can have breakfast from 5 o'clock in the morning, great if you need to fly early in the morning or if you want to go early. The Frükstücksbuffet is rich and good. Those who like filter coffee are well kept here; Lovers of espresso or cappuccino must be satisfied with an instant machine. I felt the coffee from this machine to be too little warm. But all in all I can recommend the hotel with a good conscience.

Quite an appealing hotel. Something retro in the style of the Seventies or eighties, but well renovated, WLAN works, for 19, 50 euro You can offer a comprehensive breakfast buffet. Easy to reach with the free hotel shuttle from the airport (Bussteig 21, but beware, there are also buses to the remote parking places). However, I would make the signage of which elevator to which part of the building and to which rooms a lot clearer. And seldom did I eat such a bland, in the direct sense of tasteless scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Friendly staff. Fairly small rooms but they are accommodating. The free breakfast is so elaborate and laid out like a huge feast! Best part of the stay.

Stayed here after a delay to a Finnair flight which mean I had to overnight in Helsinki. The hotel staff were very nice, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Dinner consisted of a buffet of chicken and rice, while looking uninspiring was actually very tasty. The wake up call occurred as asked. The breakfast at 5am was very nice, a large variety of cold foods, porridge, boiled eggs and breads.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Rooms are a bit small but for one night no problem.

Basic but satisfactory for an overnight stay. It's a little dated, but clean and the staff are friendly. Food is ok too. Short bus ride from airport terminal, every 20 mins. Surprising no airport noise during the night times. Recommended.

Clean, unoriginal, but conveniently located for the airport and nearby business offices. Bed was too soft for me. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was — and the salt in the wound was that the coffee was the worst I've had in a long time!

Clean rooms although my one was starting to look worn. Friendly staff and very good restaurant in the evening. Regular free shuttle bus to the airport which is convenient. Although breakfast is served from 5am, Hot breakfast is only served from 6am which I wasn't told about at check in so it is quite expensive at 20 euros. Left with no choice really. Otherwise it's a fairly reasonable place to stay overnight before catching an early morning flight.

Comfy beds. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful, gave me good advice on the best way to get into the city. Didn't get to try out the sauna or gym this time. You always know what you'll get with a holiday Inn which is reassuring when you're just passing through.

Good hotel. Slightly off the airport but a free shuttle runs every 20 mins. It was a quick stop for me, but I had room service, a BBQ pork sandwich and fries which were a real treat. Actually worth a mention that I called the bar by mistake to order room service but rather than fib me off with having to ring someone else he took my order, called me back to check he understood what I wanted and then rang it through for me. That's a good service. Room was very clean, well equipped and was good value for money. The room was the smallest I stayed in but still had a double bed, good LCD TV, walking shower and room to unpack if you needed to. Good service at checkin and check out too.

Very small room. The room was very small. Dinner is one of the worst I've ever tried in a hotel.
Plus, it's just a nice staff.

Impeccable service, at the disposal of the guests also the sauna inside the structure, the parking for the car outside you pay a little expensive, on the €10…

Rooms are slight better than at the Rantasipi Vantaa, food is slightly worse. Breakfast was decent but the chicken sandwich I had for dinner was terrible — chicken was totally dry and the egg was burned black. Conference lunch and servings are nowhere near to the quality of the Rantasipi.

Dinner was utterly disappointing and the room the smallest we've seen in Finland!

Old rooms. Wifi intermittent. The menu is just too expensive. As a guest I felt exploited for being in an isolated location. Breakfast in 19 euros! Platinum members have no lounge access and no meal discounts. Overall the hotel looks very basic. No class.

A night stay paid by finnair for flight delay. It is comfortable and clean. Food (dinner and breakfast) is good.

Overall pleasant stay! Beakfast is good but not lavish… rooms are clean and the hotel is close to bus stop which can take u to city center… also offers free shuttle to and fro from airport…

The room was ok in terms of size and aesthetics, but the TV picks up only a few channels. The restaurant was out of half the items on the menu. Of all the hotel facilities, the saving grace is the sauna. No one answers the phone here. I had to call several times before someone answered the phone to confirm my reservation. Once I was checked in, I tried to call the front desk for information, and again, no one answered. When I went downstairs, the desk clerk suggested that something might be wrong with the phone in our room. All in all, not the worst hotel out there, and not terrible for a one-night airport layover. Just manage your expectations.

Intermediate level 3 * hotel, small room, a shower is a shower tray (just the floor and curtains), Conder so blaring that had to be turned off. Breakfast is good but the prices in the bar and the restaurant is heavily kusučie, even higher than in the Crown, which is in the Center. As an alternative you can build-in airport, 1 floor has 24 hour grocery. To the hotel and back every 10 min walks free Freebus from the Airport (bus stop right on the go). Nearby a hefty Jumbo Shopping Centre and the aquapark (nothing special, Moscow Kwa-Kwa, eh? ). The city centre can be reached on bus 615, stop at 10 min walk, but not every bus stops there. Alternatively, you can go to the airport, there are transport easier. In general the hotel is value for money, friendly man is quite normal.
