Outstanding friendly staff. Very helpfull and supportive. As a guest you really feel 'at home'. Basic buffet however the quality of the food is very high. Almost every indoor facility is present, a professional swimming pool, sauna, gym, etcetera. Outdoor activities are superb with very skilled guides. We had a four hour delay at Helsinki airport at old years day. We arrived 23:00 from Kuusamo airport in the hotel and they served us dinner at 23:30. Outstanding hospitality!
I would not recoment this hotel to anyone. The reason is that mainly no one doesnt really care about customers. I do not know the reason or why but example yesterday, 20:00 to 21:30 p. M. Hotel had power off so hole building were shut down and the problem was that hotel staff did not inform customers at all. And this is only one examble.
