Lapland Hotels

We did a 3 night package in December 2025. It was fab. We stayed in an Artic Nest. The resort was so quiet and peaceful which is great for a poor sleeper.

This was a magical experience for myself and my family. I would describe it as a rustic Lapland experience, not a commercial Santa Claus village. We had the best holiday thank you so much.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel in Rovaniemi, Finland during our recent 5-day trip, and it was truly a memorable experience.

Small hotel with a lovely personal touch. Perfect forest setting. Picture post card. Staff friendly. Food although buffet was good always something to choose from. It suited what we look for.

We came here for 3 nights to celebrate my Mum’s 60th, and it was our first time in Finland.

I stayed in this beautiful, cozy cottage in Rovaniemi last December. It felt so warm and peaceful. I slept in the glass igloo outside and was lucky to sleep under the Northern Lights. It was magical.

Interesting place, lots of souvenir shops, easy to get to by car. Visited in the autumn so no snow… l think if l could experience again it would be in winter, with snow, would be truly magical.

PROS:
-Superior cottage was cozy, clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It even has a sauna and a TV in both the living room and bed room.
-Breakfast at Christmas house restaurant was nice.

First time in this area and WOW, apartment was great, very warm and well equipped kitchen, I feel we could have done a roast if we had wanted, very clean and tidy, stairs a little steep, ours was

Very nice apartment with sauna and plenty of room. Rooms include fridge dryer oven with microwave a hob a kettle and toaster. Oh and a dishwasher. Plenty of useful cooking utensils as well.

Wonderful place to stay, beautiful in the snow. Rooms are simple but all you need, food is hearty and very tasty.

We had a great time staying in one of the riverside cabins, complete with kitchen and sauna. Spacious, clean and comfortable with great views over the Teno River.

As a well travelled group, we came here looking for a completely new and unique experience, and we can definitely say that this one exceeded far beyond our highest expectation.

Staying in this apartment felt like stepping into a quiet pocket of Lapland where comfort and wilderness meet in the best possible way.

We stayed here for 5 nights, our host Tahir made sure our accommodation was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This place was incredible! It had every amenity you could possibly wish for. Really warm, welcoming and spacious. We stayed as a family of 4 and had an amazing time!

Perfect Stay in Rovaniemi, it only took us 8min to the Santa Claus Village. The room is super clean and everything is at Perfect Conditions! Definitely will come back to this place!

Probably one of the most memorable hotels I've ever stayed in on my travels. The rooms were very cozy, well equipped, and with an absolutely stunning view of the night sky.

Nice size rooms. Having the glass ceilings helped with the viewing of the Northern lights without requiring to venture outside every time. The meals were good along with the breakfast buffet.

Beautiful location, clean rooms when we arrived with lots of towels and all utensils cleaned.
Good facility of sauna and hot tub.

Great location, out the way from tourist spots whilst still providing excellent views and excursions close by. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel especially the ladies at reception.

Just got back from Hotel Hetta today. This was a surprise for my wife's birthday. The hotel was in a fantastic location and the view from our room looked our onto the lake.

The hotel complex is split into two parts, the Yllasrinne and the Yllassrnne Deluxe.

We had such an amazing stay here. Would definitely come back! We had very comfortable lakeside cabins. You just walk onto the frozen surface to spot the northern lights.

We book directly with the Hotel. We had a party of 10 including a teenager and two young children.

Had an amazing time whilst staying here. Did the five day Husky Safari, which is definitely not for the faint of heart but for dog lovers and adventure seekers and incredible experience.

Beautiful Nordic-style rooms. I especially liked the woolen tapestry used as a wall decoration.

Self catering Hut with sauna lake side and nice clean fairly basic rooms with a fridge and public rooms are traditional, cozy friendly and it feels homey, I have been here before and I love it.

Had a really incredible stay here! Resort is boutique, private and personal. Staff are extremely helpful, attentive eager to please.

Place was really cozy and the surroundings were lovely. Room was well equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, cutleries and closet. Everything was beautifully provided and room was really clean.

After reading some of the other reviews I had been a bit worried but we have had a very pleasant stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 5 beds. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable.
