Nice hotel. The ventilation through the small window opening up is too little to avoid warmth building up in the room. Airconditioning is not up to the job in summer time.

Good kitchen. Polite staff. Comfortable rooms.

Friendly staff and nice clean room. Breakfast was great.

The room was very warm and the rooms were not closed when we arrived.

A good choice in Inari. I visited it in December, so the lake behind the building was frozen and light wasn't much during the day. The location is convenient, being opposite to a local market, gift shop, gas station and restaurant. People at the hotel are quite strict with time. They could leave people longer at breakfast. They've been asking people to leave even when the room was still almost full. Food is ok.

Summer Lake View room, winter snow room, light in the room can see the beauty to turn over the scenery, at night directly on the glacial lake to see the Aurora, awesome place! Room space is very large, there is a sauna room, super suitable for relaxing places.

Waited almost an hour between finishing our mains to deciding to cancel our deserts and ask for the bill because the service was so terrible. The food was nice but the table next to us were seated and ate a starter and main course before we finally decided to call time on waiting around. Staff should be more attentive.

We've Been to Dinner. The food has been delicious, the service has been good and the views from the restaurant to the lake Inari are Privileged.
I recommend the reindeer accompanied by mashed potatoes, gherkins and caramelized Berries. A local delight that every tourist should try.
We paid about €50, 000 per Person. The restaurant also offers a cheaper menu, which must be taken in another area of the room that does not have a view of the lake, where you can eat pizzas, burgers, salads… The price per person in this menu can be reduced by about HALF.
I recommend it widely.

The food is terrible, the focus is poor service to Asians! Not kindly ⋯ suggest not to be bullied.

Hotel staff are very friendly, food was excellent and the view of the northern lights from our room was breathtaking. Be prepared to spend a bit in this part of Finland but worth every penny.

Very clean, warm and comfortable. The waiters, depending on the day, a little "edges". For an average Spaniard it's a little expensive. The coffee, Malisimo and the chocolate something more decent, the machine of the entrance.

Restaurant: the pumpkin soup was not so good. The salmon salad was fine. The service was good. Prices are ok.

Comfortable Hotel, something expensive but understandable by the place where it is (right next to Lake Inari).
It has fast service of pizzas, burgers and beers in the entrance area, and restaurant with more variety on the inside (overlooking the lake as well).
The breakfast buffet is quite complete, and the rooms quite complete (the normal ones do not have a minibar).
You have a very assortment supermarket right across the street, a huge souvenir shop, and a typical Finnish food restaurant.
Pretty likely I'll be back if I go back to Inari.

Nice rooms, good heating, friendly staff. Decent food although if you're having ala carte lunch the wait might be a while. Good food though!

Just as a restaurant…
Very good, great prices (especially considering the quality and the location).
We especially enjoyed the fish dish (whitefish of the lake and salmon), the reindeer and the typical dessert of the region. Some doses we were very amazed (in positive), such as the amount and diemnsioni of salmon in the salmon soup!
Very nice and friendly staff.
It also makes free Wi-Fi available, which is always welcome.

Great place to be. Friendly staff. Excellent food and wine. Next to the lake were all the activities will start. For the Northern Lights just step out off the hotel. With the breakfast you can start all your adventures. We had a great stay there for 7 days. Thank you for your great hospitality. Michaël, Yvonne & Lizette.

If you play here, this hotel is definitely the first choice, there is a rich breakfast, opposite is the supermarket, next door is the place to travel, the door is the bus stop, behind is the frozen lake can go straight up to see the aurora. We stayed here for three nights and saw the Aurora three nights.

Great restaurant, I did not stay in hotel.

All staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and very comfort. Breakfast is nice and tasty. Restaurant and Bar provides fine dinning. There is a supermarket just located opposed to the Hotel, very convenient to travellers.

We got an offer for Booking with a lake view and a sauna. Very good, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, varied and with lots of lacktositon/lactose-free. I would recommend it and you can hire the activities in the same hotel. The photos are from behind, the rooms with lake view are separated from the main part by 100 meters, that means Q for breakfast you have to go with street clothes.

Good place to sleep. Neat and austere. You have what it takes. The excursions can be hired in the same hotel. Good deal. The breakfast buffet is OK without being crazy and the restaurant is fine.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, located in the middle of the town by the lake, opposite the convenient shop, to the Siida museum or Lake Walk is very convenient. The hotel front desk can enroll in various activities, but a number of activities from a minimum of 2 people. The hotel's restaurant serves very tasty dining and bar services. If you choose a better room type has a separate sauna, a separate 2-storey building next door, the room is fully equipped.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel and the Team was very kind and the service was excellent.
As we live vegan, we asked for vegan meal options and we have to say, that the meals were all very delicious. We got really good 3-course meals, what was much more than we expected (even better as in some vegan Restaurants).
Thanks and we will definitely come again and will gladly recommend!

Clean cosy friendly staff good food.

Breakfast is really good. Wi-Fi service has been unreliable. Rooms are comfy. TV doesn't have enough channels.

Really nice service, good food and not too pricey.

Rooms were fine, the shower was pretty big, people were nice. Only the breakfast could have been more luxurious (there was no yoghurt for example)

Great rooms, but a bit outdated for the run they felt not very pleasant smells.

The hotel is centraly located and is run by friendly and obliging staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was varied, delicious and varied to suit any taste. The restaurant and pub offers a variety of local and international dishes. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the mod cons you would need. All the sight seeing and recreational activities are located right next door to the hotel. The hotel is family run and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a Lapland adventure.

It's a really nice place to enjoy your stay in Inari: kind and welcoming staff, tasty breakfasts, quiet, comfy and cosy Aurora rooms with a view on the lake and equipped with saunas. And virtually everything you may need is nearby: supermarket with post office, bus stop, the Visit Inari office, Siida museum, the lake and the forest to enjoy your solitary walks if you like. I heartily recommend it for everyone who wants to visit Inari.

We visited this place in July 2015.

Middle aged male staff member offered some of the rudest customer service we have experienced. We were driving through looking for a coffee and breakfast, we had only got through the door to enquire if we could have some breakfast this staff member started complaining that we we "impolite" to walk in with jackets on — just after taking his jacket off his own. Clearly didn't like the look off us so was rude for no apparent reason, and felt the need to humiliate in front of staff and other paying customers. We drove 100m to neste oil where there was much wider slection and more welcoming staff.

The hotel is located right next to Lake Inari with really beautiful views. We managed to see the aurora (a very big one) during our stay there. Food is nice in the restaurant. One thing to note is that Wi-Fi is not available for rooms/apartments located outside of the main building. Other than that the hotel is perfect for aurora hunting.

Staff is nice, hotel room is good, spacious and clean. Bus stop is just in front of door, it's very convenient.
