Great location — good Bars and food — spectacular Sauna.

Great experience had while staying in this hotel. Roomed looked out over the ski slopes and travel down to town was via enclosed cable cars. Made the experience even more magical for my son. Top notch food available via the restaurant, breakfast selection was plentiful and the bar service was second to none. Would highly reccomend this resort and will definitely stay here again.

Don't hesitate book it! just had the most awsome holiday ever. Fab place and hotel. Staff lovely very tolerant of excited kids, straight onto ski slopes, gondola into town was amazing, secret wooden cafe surrounded by trees down a snowy path on mountain with toasted mash mallows and hot chocolate…

Thank you for such a memorable stay! We had the most wonderful holiday of a lifetime staying in your apartments. Extremely clean, well equipt and spacious rooms, excellent choice of food, very helpful and friendly staff, outstanding views… just some of the reasons our holiday was so amazing!

In typical fashion the hotel is not as described. Our room did not have the promised view. Facilities were not available, some staff unhelpful and above all this experience spoilt our first night away with our new born son and 2 year old. Very poor, very disappointing and far from satisfactory. Promises not met… money back please!

Pleasant atmosphere, food is good. The only way to the dining room is not quite recognizable. But the aid immediately from the front Desk.

We stayed here for 3 nights from 20th December to 23rd, all staff were friendly, helpful and lovely, the food was beautiful, as was the decor of the hotel and rooms. Very clean everywhere. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, and even had sledges outside for the children to use. They also included gondola passes for the duration of our stay to make it easy to get down into Levi. I highly recommend this hotel, we had a perfect stay, thank you.

Was greeted by friendly staff. In the summer season there seems to be less guests, and they have barbecue dinners at Saturday. Nicely prepared food. Included in a summer stay is tickets for the gondolas. I was upgraded from standard room to superior room. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Go there!

We believe this hotel can be great in wintertime. It looks great, the rooms are great and the food is good, to a ok price. BUT … we will not recommand it in hot summertime! We came to a room with 30 gr, upheated after a hot day. There where no aircondition, and the windows could not be opend. The air was compleded still. We could not sleep. No help from reception with first complane. After some hours we had to go out, to get some air. Then the reception lent us something to open a window, and a fan on the table. Well … we got 3-4 hours sleep last night in a room with temperature between 27-30 deegre.

We upgraded to a room with a bathtub, some nice views and a short drive to the top of Levi tunturi. Breakfast area had lots of window seating, staff were polite and helpful. Best part of choosing here was after driving through Sweden and north Norway hoping to see lots of wildlife, we were greeted by a small herd of around 6 reindeer just beside the entrance to the hotel. Nice surprise and comfortable room which was greatly needed after some of our previous accomodations.

Great hotel on the mountain. We went as a group for a winter vacation and a visit to Santa Claus. The rooms are clean. The service is excellent. The restaurant is delicious. Everyone's happy. Very beautiful view. The hotel has a deer fence. You can buy moss at the hotel and feed the deer. The kids were ecstatic. Downstairs there is a town that has everything you need. There is a rental of skis and equipment. There's a lift. There are instructors. A pleasant heartfelt place.

Great hotel, fantastic views, good restaurant. But it's not in the centre of town, you take the ski lift down into the centre. Plus side is you can ski right from the front door.

Very good buffet for lunch at 14 Euro.

Although we didn't actually stay here, we visited the cafe and really enjoyed the hot chocolate. Some amazing views from the warmth of the cafe. We walked up the steps situated behind the Levi Spa Hotel. You can take the cable car up and down, but we preferred the walk. There is some easy walking areas across the snow and then on the road back to Panorama hotel. Amazing scenery from up there.

Fabulous wonderful lifts included Super breakfast. Sauna on the floor seen on track. I loved nothing to complain about.

Great hotel. Just a short gondola (ski lift) ride up the mountain. Offers great views and good value for money snacks. The day time beer is limited and a bit expensive compared to nearby places. But generally a great place to stay or visit in levi.

We stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The views were amazing and being at the top of the ski slope the town looked beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

A unique attention with all possible comforts in an unparalleled environment.

Went on a Santa break with family. Hotel was nice apart from too warm for this time of year. Control in the bedroom seemed to have no effect. Food was ok for buffet style and plenty of choice. Staff were nice and always helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights with Thomas cook on their a Lapland trip. Hotel is very nice and modern with hotel rooms a good size and with a kettle and free tea and coffee, you pay for the mini bar though and a bottle of water is 4 Euros. The views over the sky slopes and down to Levi village are amazing depending on the weather. Food is nice but not a great selection for lunchtime. They could do with a simple selection of sandwiches. The gondola down to Levi village is free and takes 2 minutes but closes at 9pm. If you come back after this and don't fancy the walk a taxi will cost about 18 Euros!

The hotel is located in mid-levels of the ski slopes, with Express Gondola to the town centre and free tickets. The rooms are fully equipped with a view of the town and the ski slopes from the open window. The hotel service is thoughtful, patiently answer all questions. The restaurant is very well equipped. The 7 floor sauna is 6-9 open every night and is well worth the experience. Book an airport limousine bus in advance and in the hotel lobby.

Amazing views! Great rooms! Incredible food and restaurants! Reindeer roaming round the car park. Walk out straight onto the ski slopes! With a lift that takes you to the top of the fell also right outside. It's position on the side of the fell offers amazing views over many parts of Levi and is truly a fantastic place to stay and/or eat!

Amazing hotel with commanding views of Levi. There is a 9 km ice age walk by the Hotel which is worth doing but take your anti mosquitoe spay or be eaten alive!. Wonderful chef with perfect menu. Perch Lap pish Soup with breads and herb butter is a good choise. Stay and linger in this beautiful hotel.

Very good. The food is very good. There's a place to walk, and with good weather, the Northern lights can be seen from the hotel room.

This hotel is an excellent base when in levi. Using the gondola everyday added to the whole experience. We were half board and the food was excellent. I have seen that this hotel is going to be a Thompsons "Platinum" from November next year so glad we got in this year! In all honesty I can see why they are upgrading it after those visit.

A very welcoming hotel with incredible views. You have the funicular down to the village. Breakfast and food is very good.
You also have many activities nearby, do I recommend safari snowmobile.

Good hotel. Reasonable space in rooms. There is plenty of storage place in the room. The hotel has ski lockers in basement with direct access to the slopes. Safe parking, reastarants is ok. Two play rooms for kids.

Terrible place! I came here with my family for dinner after first finding the place closed. We came back when it was supposed to be open, and found the restaurant unmanned. No butler, no waiters, no nothing, in fact the entire hotel was unmanned. We even stayed in the reception area for a good ten minutes, and NO-ONE turned up, even when we yelled 'hello! ' In there. This is called a luxury hotel, I should just have helped my seller behind the bar with a bottle of champagne and, gone to the kitchen and made the steak myself. Spend your money downtown!. If you're lucky enough to find someone that actually will take them at all there that is.
